I’ve been using this app for just over two years now and I keep coming back for more. The workouts offer great entry points for varying ability levels, as well as suggesting a clear pathway to increase your skills as you stick at it. As someone who is not a fan of gyms and gym culture, this app presented me a great alternative to stay fit. Can’t recommend enough!
I love this app. I’m a strong but perhaps a little tight man, and it’s great feeling having an app that feels like it was made for me. Great length sessions. Fantastic videos and instruction. Awesome variety of sessions so I can choose my desire area to work on. Highly recommend.
Love this app. Great tool to rehabilitate after a workout
This is a great yoga app, particularly for those who do weight training or HIIT, or athletes. Really helped with soreness, mobility and flexibility during heavy training schedules. Also helped me keep sane with mediation style yoga sessions during lockdown. Would recommend to everyone I know!
Excellent app for gym-goers on rest days or if you’re in isolation. Very easy instructions. Makes you feel lighter after every workout
This app has a nice design, very clean and user friendly. However, the videos and routines on the app feel very uncoordinated and unpolished. The Audio in the videos doesn’t seem to sync up and match the person demonstrating most of the time which makes it hard to follow along for beginners. Adding to that a lot of the poses/movements in the routines are inconsistent asking you to hold one side for 5 breaths and then only holding it for 5 seconds on the other. The out of sync audio and the inconsistent counting/timing make for some very inconsistent yoga sessions... while I really liked the design of the app and liked the idea behind skill yoga, I won’t be paying beyond the trial.
I have always wanted to focus on health and fitness in a more wholistic way. This app has allowed me to begin my yoga journey in a way that is accessible and enjoyable. The pace is good and keeps me interested, and the sequence of information is always engaging.
Really good. Well guided for someone who’s just starting out: only thing I would say is it would be nice to have some longer programs/sessions - maybe 45-1hr.
