There is a product that is offered from Amazon that literally does not arrive with a UPC. How do I check those with this app? I can’t. The app requires a UPC. Glaring oversight by developers. Check products like Medic-aire Biological Odor Eliminator. It doesn’t arrive with a UPC on the bottle. Can we at least be able to send a URL or photos without a UPC?
Really easy to use to help with atopic dermatitis. Full-proof to buy skin & household products safely.
Many of the products they claim to be safe for you are actually toxic for you. I don’t understand what kind of research they do here or how they have things as 100% healthy for you when if you use other apps like healthy living the same product has high toxic levels and a not safe for you rating. I am confused on who to trust but I do know how to read ingredients and a lot of them are not good for anyone not just allergic people. Please advise on how you would rate the ingredients and put 100 percent safe on it . Deleted app now.

When I first discovered allergies my doctor tested me and sent me off saying “read the labels” but then my list of allergies grew and a different doctor tested me for more and told me about this app- I’m all about reading labels but some of the names are so long and can be called an entire list of other names and this app made life so much easier just being able to input in my SFM code and scan products right away, thank you for making this!!
Not even certain where I’d be without this amazing app!!! I had patch testing done to see what I was allergic too, unfortunately it was a pretty long list. This app shows me what I can use!! I scan the bar codes and it immediately tells you. If it’s a product that hasn’t been tested by them yet they look into that very product for you. They have links to the products you CAN use also, so handy. User friendly and invaluable app!
Deleted app after latest update as it now appears to require an account that will not accept a user name or password you try to create.
Tried to change from accessing w/ Apple ID to a password and it refused to let me do it. I’ve been using it for years with a password and the platform changed and said I had to reinstall. Signed in with Apple ID had security issue wanted to change to password and it will not let me do that. No tech support. This used to be so easy! What happened?
The app is not working the same after recent update. A lot of the products that showed up as safe for me before the app update, are showing as under review now! The app keeps crashing after looking at the reason a product is not safe for me. Very frustrating. Please fix this app.
I have sensitive skin and went to an allergen testing facility to figure out exactly what was causing those reactions. SkinSafe is an incredible concept, and I was able to upload my unique allergens to filter out products that are safe to use. Developers… - When I enter a search query to filter results and click to react to a product or into a product, the filter shouldn’t reset every click. This is the most annoying UX for an app where the search experience is essential. - Recommended products based on my unique code versus me searching manually would be ideal (i.e., to refresh my entire skincare and makeup routine) - Different options of where to buy products online or in-store would be ideal, as well as aggregate user ratings - Creating a cart and checking out in-app would create a seamless UX Thanks for your consideration, as this is an app I would regularly use if the user experience were improved.
