offline support doesnt text you back and when does ignores you completely

Now bot system would not let you pick even a single shift thats so disgisting

Extend shift never work ever if there is option to extend shift. No proper mapping system or message centre.

I was doing the overtime shift , and after 30 minutes of the overflow shift my next day, all shift gone automatically. Some problem is going on right now please check. This is not helpful for the couriers who have the shifts.

Don’t depend on this app it’s doesn’t work properly and can’t have shift for work, useless and also no update for fix it last 2 year.

I don’t know how ? But nowadays this aap removes scheduled shifts automatically.

Can’t get customer service unless you’re delivering an order. Third party apps like Skip grabber and all other shift grabber apps are taking all available open shifts from honest drivers that aren’t violating our contract. Not fair! Skip should be deactivating the drivers that use these apps.

TO ALL WHO WANTS TO BECOME A DRIVER FOR SKIP THE DISHES, READ THIS FIRST: As a customer, order thru the app is ok. As a driver, DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND GAS FOR THIS!!! Not much hours when I gave my availability. So for three house that has given to me, Not much order, i’d be lucky if I have at least four. They always send an order to with very low amout of money $6.50. Not worth it to this and not earning money. Yes, we consider as an independent contractor however, DRIVERS STILL DOING THE JOB TO MAKE THE COMPANY MOVING. Drivers dont get nothing!!! Drivers, pay from own pocket everything!!! With this low hours and LOW AMOUNT OF FOOD ORDER THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO DRIVERS, IT IS NOT WORTH IT. IT IS ACTUALLY A BIG WASTE OF TIME WAITING TO RECEIVE AN OFFER AND BIG WASTE OF GAS TO DELIVER IT IN FAR LOCATION. I was told by one the freakin customer service agent who always response with the same copy paste response to people (oh i know, I have screened shots) Just dont accept the offer, If I do that, now they are gonna hit my acceptance rate, then I will be more waiting and not receiving orders. Since the "new" design. The app is complete trash. - Freezes constantly - Pauses for no reason - network errors even when connected to working network - Can't message customers anymore while at restaurant to let them know about problems or delays. - barely any orders and orders disappearing for no reason - can't refresh to check for open shifts, have to restart the whole app. -and the list goes on..... E-mailed many times about issues and no one ever answers. They don't seem to care that they took a working app and destroyed it with these new updates. Not even worth running anymore. Trash company.

The new layout doesn’t show any open shifts for the last few weeks and based on my experience, I am supposed to see at least anything show up evenif I can’t get it in time but nothing happens as if it’s not working at all.
