Sky On Fire : 1940 is an indie WW2 flight sim !

The game takes place in the early years of the war , from the battle for France to the battle of Britain. 4 nations will be playable : Germany, France, England, and Italy. You can fly different aircraft , including legends such as the Spitfire, Hurricane, B.P. Defiant, Bf 109, Bf 110 Ju 87 , Ju 88 or He 111.

Multicrew makes it possible to control each individual crewmember in your aircraft, you can even let the AI pilot and light up ennemies on your 6 with a rear gun !

Use the mission editor to create your own scenarios, and with a free camera and photo mode, you will be able to save your best pics.

Engage in dogfights with a challenging AI, thanks to the mission editor, you can decide to fight either in a 1v1 or in a huge battle with dozens of airplanes.

I am the only person working on it. You can check the discord server to be aware of new update and chat a bit with me and a lot of experienced players.

Don't be fooled by the low-poly style , the game uses realistic physics , airfoil based and as close as possible to the reality !
It can be considered as the most realist WW2 flight sim available on mobile.

Great but add some more planes

Please add more nations such as the USA,Soviet Union ect.

A very good game but…

I don,t know if you can download the mods on the iPad and i wish there is more nations, maps, missions and more airplanes from different nations and i want to the game i love to have variety.

No tutorial AND CAN’T TAKE OFF GROUND

There are usually tutorials on games to play but no tutorial on this one and I can’t takeoff the ground

Perfect to the brim

HECK this game do be good.i play this game almost everyday tho it needs a little more planes over all 5/5 “pls update its been 5 months now”

It’s good and fun but…

I really like this game but it would be very fun if you would add more missions into the game and different maps, you can also add more ground targets too, the only ground targets that are in the game are flaks, it would also be nice to add different variants of other ww2 aircraft’s when u make more maps like the B-17 Flying Fortress, P-51 mustang, and a bunch more fun if that’s ok for that

Can’t move up and down & tutorial please

So it looks really great but on my iPad I cannot move up and down, like there’s no buttons for that so I just die and secondly please add a tutorial.

Awesome game

This video game is amazing. It’s authentic, realistic and always surprises me. Fly as a spitfire or Me 109, intercept He 111 or destroy ground targets. It’s completely sandbox simulation so do water you want! I love how when your engine is hit engine temps go up until it cuts. Can you guys add some more ground targets like ships on the channel that shoot up at you. Or more bombers like Do 17. Can you also add more British aircraft and maybe the FW 190? Maybe even throw in some Wellington bomber too. I find it annoying that you can’t set landing gear down in mission creator. I want to takeoff aircraft and shoot them on the ground. Apart from that awesome.
