Sky On Fire 1940

This game literally has so much potential besides the fact that I can 1v5 the AI on 100% difficulty and half of them will either collide mid air or slam into the ground. They do not like to fight at altitude ever being they dive for the ground instantly once you start. If the AI had more than a 15 minute flight lesson this game would be so much more fun. The potential is insane being the flight model is very good. I wish they didn’t bail on this game. Overall it’s really fun

I love this game. Definitely the best out there, especially for 1v1 dog fights or making your own battles, or just playing around. Great Physics, Great damage effects, Great Views, Not hard to learn, Educational, Great aircraft design. Over all great! But has some potential to be better 1- more planes, it’d Be cool to have some more planes (especially from America) like the P-51, P-40, P-47, Mitsubishi A6M Zero, ect. 2-Cockpit. It’s amazing to be able to look around like you actually in the cockpit. But I do with there was some basic GYROSCOPIC INSTRUMENTS 3-The Ai could be a little smarter, the Ai has a thing for crashing in the ground/water pretty often, (especially on the Bf110(it don’t matter if you put DEF to 100 or 0 they still crash)) Also if you set your ALT to 6000m they WILL dive down to 100-300m to fight, no good reason they just do. 4-Bomb sights. In the sigh there an AUTO switch, well it works sorta. It would be nice if the switch worked how it does but drops the bombs when the correct position is reached automatically. It would make mission you make much more fun. I also have issues with getting all the bombers to drop their bombs at the same time, sometimes they all drop, other time just 1 bomber drops. With that if you would somehow make it able to “code” / command the Stuka’s were to bomb/ bombing target. Just to program the bots where to drop, because if you’re in a 2+ group and drive bomb. Only you (pilot of 1 aircraft) will drop your bombs. 5- institutions. It took me a while to learn how to work the bombers especially. It’s not hard but when your teaching yourself with now prior info or information it’s time consuming. To just add a button for basic instructions in the Home Screen. Like “bomb sight” “Stuka diving” ect. Please take this in to consideration for the upcoming update’s. Thank you for reading.

the game is amazing, but i don’t know how to fly? maybe can you add something to teach me that?

I don’t really write reviews but I had to for this game. Honestly I’ve had more fun in this game than most console and pc dogfighting games and definitely any other mobile games, which is really impressive. If multiplayer was added I think it would be a perfect game.

With the ability to create new levels at any time it leaves you with many scenarios to make. If you lose interest then up the difficult by going into setting and changing stuff around. Also, unrelated, what’s up with that one tunnel that’s got the Moai statue and tanks in it? (Very much like the tank models btw)

A very fun game. I love the graphics and it fits perfectly with the mobile esthetic of a simulator. The gameplay is great, can be a little janky at time. But, overall it’s a smooth experience. I hope more missions are added in the future and I hope the map will be expanded soon. Maybe, a new map in the future as well. Also, maybe more tech trees too. This game has so much potential and I hope the devs continue to work on it. I know it’s been a year since last update but I am hoping they don’t give up on this project. Ps I saw the little Easter egg in the tunnel 😉

Can you improve the ai on friendly planes because every time I try to land my wingman just crashes in to the ground and the rest of my squadron does the same thing. I don’t mean to leave a bad impression on the game the game is great overall and can you add more varieties of planes please.

It’s a good game something that will be fun is to have is a p51 mustang

I literally think as a 13 yr old kid that this is the ultimate solution to boredom- but I do think that the whirlwind should be free, :( and in parts of the map the grass texture is above the actual ground- which makes emergency landings a lot harder, and stalling much more common when emergency landing.

I really really love this game but it hasn’t been updated recently. I would love too see new aircraft like FW190s, P-51s, and long range bombers such as B-17, B-24 etc. PLEASE update the game. Thank you!
