Slay the Spire Reviews
One of my all time favorites
I really love this game, I always come back to it after a while of not playing and get re-hooked. There’s so many things to explore in it even after you won your first run, including different characters, modifiers & a daily challenge if you’re up for it. I first bought it on PC but when I saw it on the App Store I had to get it for my iPad too, and I’m glad I did, the gameplay is very satisfying to me specially while playing on the iPad.

BUG 02.08.20: Can’t open the game. I see the splash screen then it crashes. Very good game, pretty much identical to its PC counterpart. Touch controls are a bit awkward when choosing cards but you get used to it.
Good port
The game itself is awesome and the port is quite well made, but their are some annoying bugs. For instance I’ve already mistakenly used some cards while I was just trying to their the descriptions. Speaking of descriptions, on the iPhone XS the screen is a little to small for them to be comfortably readable. But overall the port really good and I hope that some updates will rectify the bugs.
Constant Bugs
I’m tired of moving to the next Ascension and then the game not registering it. It has the run history that I completed the run history and the next level is unlocked. Except it’s not. This has happened close to 5 times now and I’m at level 16 ascension for the Silent and it took forever for me to finally beat 16 and to not have 17 unlocked even though it says I unlocked it in the run history is ridiculous. I’m not playing this game ever again.

Love this game but want controller support for Backbone etc
Bug in pressing End Turn
As the title says. All of a sudden the End Turn button doesn’t respond

I really like this game. I have multiple characters at A20, but there are still relics and cards that I have not unlocked. Wish I could play the full game…
Excellent game, terrible port
I love this game on the PC, but this port is terrible. Get this on a PC go really enjoy it. The port is so terribly slow and I’m on an M1 IPad Pro. Anything less and the game is so slow it just becomes frustrating to play.
Mobile has issues
iPhone 16 pro is cutting off some of the image
