I thought this was going to be more effective, but I didn’t ever feel that engaged with my coach. The program seems pretty canned. Additionally, isn’t this a sleep app? If so, why isn’t there a dark mode?

Bugs fixed after multiple requests

In my first 7 days, I reported to Sleep Reset a few times that my messages from my coach either cause the app to crash when I click on them or they won’t load in the messages tab. Eventually they fixed the bug. The information in the app seems to be helpful.

Used Sleep Reset for a month and loved it. Learned a lot from the daily lessons. Many different techniques to build more consistency with sleep schedule, and a healthier relationship with sleep overall. Best value in the app was having an actual sleep coach – a human being – to communicate with throughout my series. Melanie and I exchanged messages almost daily. She was responsive, helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable would recommend this app for anyone struggling with sleep.

I am on week three and my sleeping has definitely turned the corner. Not only am I sleeping through the night, but my body is wanting more sleep which was the goal to begin with. Coach Shonda has been outstanding in providing coaching and support. The other benefit is more relaxation (less burnout) during the day.

I’m in awe how well this worked. Got me out of so many bad habits. I was taking some type of medication to help fall alseep for many years multiple times a week and this allowed me to completely stop! I noticed improvements within 2 weeks. Still to this day I wake up at the same time. Even weekends. Thank you!

Charged for full subscription right away

I was charged for the full subscription instead of the free 7-day trial without a single warning, which I find disingenuous. I wish the app had warned me that my account had already used the 7-day trial (my daughter used it last year). The Sleep Reset couldn't help me as the transaction was done through Apple. I submitted a claim via Apple, and Paypal - impossible to get my $300 back. Thus far, I have yet to learn something knew about sleep from the app. As a mental health professional, I will no longer recommend the app to my clients.

This is my second week using the app. I have major sleep issues so I was desperate to find something that worked. I am 100% committed to following the program so I have logged my sleep daily, read all the lessons, and followed all the directions. I like having a coach and have communicated with her often and gotten good feedback. After the first week I decided to sign up for a month because I can tell this program is addressing my sleep issues and my coach will help me experience great sleep. The app is also very user friendly and the lessons are very good. Overall, I’m pleased and am looking forward to continued progress.

Insomnia at sleep onset and after waking during the night for bathroom visits has been part of my life for decades!! I never wanted to spend the money or the time to go to a therapist for CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia). After a hip replacement surgery that had complications, my sleep and my health were on a downward spiral. I saw something online about SLEEP RESET and I knew I was finally ready to take the plunge. The program includes short fun lessons to read on your device that explain the science and the specific process of what to do. It includes easy daily logging of your previous night’s sleep by tapping answers to questions, and an invaluable message portal with your sleep Coach. Shonda was my coach and we communicated almost daily for 8 weeks. She answered my questions and cheered me on. We even had some fun when I used the Seven Dwarves analogy to explain how I felt in the mornings: Sleepy, Happy, etc. and I even added Groggy and Foggy to the list. Having a coach was absolutely necessary for my accountability, and Shonda helped keep me on track. If you’re on a journey of insomnia, SLEEP RESET is your ticket out of it and off that nightly runaway train. Even if you already know all the sleep hygiene tricks, SLEEP RESET will have you actually creating the HABITS for better sleep. I took it seriously and did the WORK. If you’re lazy about the work it might take you longer than 8 weeks. It definitely had all I needed to conquer my battle with sleep. I paid the money for SLEEP RESET and to my amazement it paid me back with really improved sleep. For me it was money well spent and my husband and I are thrilled. Update: After about two days I was able to log back in and everything is working just fine again. The customer support team was prompt and helpful. Glad I’m sticking with the program! Original post: I was absolutely loving this sleep program but then, 4 weeks in with 4 weeks left in my subscription, the app started crashing every time I would open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now it won’t let me log in at all. When I try to log in it says, “cannot read properties of undefined (reading findOne)”. I contacted customer support and am waiting to hear back. I’ll update when they respond.
