I found this app when looking up CBT for insomnia and decided to give it a try. I did the free week and saw some improvement so signed up for 8 weeks. I am at the end of my 8 weeks now and I’ve greatly improved my sleep hygiene and have not had to use any sleep aids (meds) to help me sleep. I now spend less time in bed each night, get more sleep and spend less time awake. Having to log how you slept each night makes you more accountable and makes you focus more on doing the things you know you should do to sleep better. The daily lessons are informative and helpful and my coach Lauren was very supportive and responsive to my questions and concerns. If you are serious about making some lasting changes to your sleep hygiene and becoming a better sleeper, I highly recommend this program!👍🏻😁
I was skeptical - the program is a little expensive for an app and I thought I knew all the things I needed to do to sleep better and all the CBT tricks from years of therapy. I was pretty desperate after years of poor quality sleep (tried both OTC and prescription sleep aids) and high sleep anxiety, so I tried Sleep Reset even though I didn’t expect it to work. To my surprise, Sleep Reset worked right away for me, and it has made a significant and sustainable improvement in my sleep in a very short amount of time. I’m on week 6 of my program and I’m sleeping SO much better and going about my day feeling more rested and more confident in my sleep routine and hygiene - and my husband reports he is sleeping better now too, from my healthier habits rubbing off on him! Highly recommend.
Though it’s only one night just three days in I am feeling excited and hopeful looking forward to seeing what happens before the week is over
The app is quite generic. It is not designed to address individual needs. The live coach that comes with the app tends to answer questions by saying that one should see their primary care provider. The good thing is that they have a refund policy
The Sleep reset program was my saving grace when I was dealing with insomnia. The lessons learned, the habits formed, the coach guidance were everything I needed to get back on track. I recommend this to anyone that has bad sleeping habits and or are experiencing sleep difficulties.
The program was easy to learn and applying the lessons were simple because the application is well thought out with its design. You get a few lessons each day and before you know it you have a wealth of information to help manage your sleep issues. I specifically joined the program because of the coaching associated with it. My coach, Mija, was a pleasure to work with and added a lot of value to my overall success. She answered all my questions and provided a lot of suggestions along the way. By the end of the program I had stopped taking one of my sleep medication and most times sleeping through the night. It required discipline and some hard work, but it was well worth the results.

I was only sleeping 4-5 hours, and I was skeptical anything not drug related could work. But I do not like to take drugs, I just don't like how they make me feel overall. So I made an honest effort to make this work and I have been pleasantly surprised! In just a month I've gone from waking at 5 to 6-630 and it's so nice! My goal is to get to 7-8 hours and I will.
I actually did 16 weeks with Sleep Reset. The lessons, structure and coaching are all beneficial and researched. I’ve had trouble for 20 years with my sleep, and although my sleep is not perfect, I’ve learned so much that I can use for the testing my life. Having daily check ins and having my coach, Lauren, helped me be accountable. I recommend this program highly.
