I’m shocked and appalled to see there are number of charges from this company. I put in a request for the subscription to end after the free trial ended like I normally do but it was somehow ignored. I then requested the subscription be cancelled again and it said that my subscription is ending on the 29th of October but now they slugged me for another week of charges. What the hell is going on?!?! I want my money back
If you happen to sleep next to a person who snores like a freight train or is particularly restless during their sleep, this app has absolutely no meaning, I tried it for three days- it picked up my husband snoring constantly and gave me a poor sleep rating as a result. The thing is, I didn’t even notice. My husband was snoring and I slept like a baby.

I’ve been using this app for the last two days. Last night it said that I was asleep for 4 hours even though I had 8 hours of sleep from 12 till 8 am. The sleep phases stopped recording at 2 am. The night before two said that I slept for three hours less than I did. Ive decided to just not use it for sleep tracking. Nevertheless, I really like the music in the morning, it’s pretty and invigorating. I let it play for a little longer while I’m awake because I like it that much. The fireplace music to go to sleep not bad too.

I’m using 3 sleep aps atm, and you’d think one would be fine. I’m Still getting used to this one before I decide to fork out such a large wak of cash. It doesn’t look like it’s worth it atm 1) it’s very hard to remember to turn it on… there’s aps that auto turn on And 2) when I do remember- and get excited to see the recording - it often stops recording after 20 or 30 min… I immediately reported this bug to the ap (inside the ap- twice bc the ap doesn’t tell you your message has been sent/received… so I didn’t know - so sent it again).. and they pretty much told me “we know, yep, it does that”… like they’d known for a long time, with no plans to fix it…. Soooo… I have no plans to buy something that works sometimes!? And yeah- it make ld my phone super hot as well
I really like this app but every two weeks I have to delete and re-download it cause it keeps crashing and not opening. Terrible design flaw
I tested 4 sleep track apps. This is the worse.
Over several nights I had the phone placed on the bed or on my bedside table set to record audio. Some nights there was absolutely no audio recorded, other nights there was very minimal. One particular evening my daughter actually came to wake me up because I was snoring so loud. I checked the audio the next morning and all that was recorded for that moment was me acknowledging her. Despite my snoring being heard outside the room! I have used other apps that at least capture my snoring moments. I was using this app combine with the Apple Watch. It never ever recorded any REM sleep.
For a app that is meant to help you sleep it sends alerts when you are asleep. Waking you up waste of money
