How does a subscription model fits into this app? This is just crazy! Save your money and get AutoSleep
Not even 3 minutes after I added a new way to pay from my apple Id the app withdrew 82.99BGN(my currency) from my account just like that for a year subscription without my consent. There was no prompt to confirm the purchase and I didn’t want it. I use the free version from time to time and now I had been ripped off. Great job at stealing money from people :)
I have had the app for a few days and am currently evaluating it. Unfortunately, I keep getting notifications with promotional offers. Not very professional...
My favorite sleep app, too bad it runs like trash, freezes, crashes, etc please fix it. Honestly if it worked well it would be amazing, but as is? I would recommend staying far away before your stuck needing it but knowing how trash it runs.
In 4 nights it says I have slept less than 2 hours. It tells you your phone needs to be plugged into a charger-that’s annoying. You have to tell it to start. No other sleep app needs to be told when I am going to sleep. It is supposed to wake you in the lightest phase of sleep during a timeframe. Not only did it fail to recognize a light sleep- I was awake and it didn’t go off. Instead it went off 17 minutes after my time range. The volume on the alarm ramps up way too fast. In about 5 seconds it’s very loud. You can’t tap a stop button to shut it up. You have to hold while it thinks. ‘Hold to stop’. I’m not trying to wake up the whole house! The wake up is jarring, not gentle. Here, let me wake you up late, require you to find your phone and hold for a few seconds while I ramp into concert level volumes. No TY. I should have stuck with the trial. Instead I tried a subscription. That was stupid.
It’s one thing to limit features for a free version. It’s different when you also want to include ads in a app that really promotes sleep. Ads that scream through the speakers isn’t very calming! I get it, you’re going to tell me there is a trial. However I like to try out the free features before committing to any trial or subscription. Loud ads in a sleep app is beyond ridiculous free or not.
When it works it’s great but more than half the time it seems I will set it and it will say I was awake for 8 hours while I know for a fact I was asleep. Even with my Apple Watch on it was still saying I was not sleeping or it wouldnt record things like I know I had woken up and coughed because of a cold but it didn’t record a peep. Very disappointing since I trusted it and paid for premium off right off the bat
The app doesn’t consistently work. I’m looking for a good quality sleep tracker. This one isn’t it.

It did not ring the alarm, no place to set the alarm tone.
