I really love this app to organize my closet wish list. But it would be really great if you could follow other people and see their posts, and also if you are able to publish your pngs so that other people could use it easier!! pls 🌟🌟

It is extremely difficult to reorder items — you have to drag an item to the bottom of the page and then stop and scroll, and then drag an item to the bottom of the page and then stop and scroll again. There should be a continuous drag/scroll function for this. There is a glitch that is switching all the notes / additional info for clothes.

Did purchase the pro version of the app to sync everything to the web. But the backup not working at all and keep saying purchase pro which I did. and customer service sadly is zero.

Why is there a “Notes” option if I can’t make notes

App not syncing across devices & back up isn’t working. Customer service is completely non responsive

I don’t know what happened, but all the work and time I put in this app just disappeared!

I’ve been using Smart Closet for a while and really enjoy all of its capabilities however I’ve run into a few issues and there ZERO customer service or support. No one responds and therefore all the hard work and hours of personal time I’ve put into digitizing my closet is now meaningless because it doesn’t work for me since their recent updates. Really disappointed in this app.

I just bought the app and I was so excited about it!! Whenever you enter a price though, it changes to $0
