Terrible app

Two obvious problems 1. The slide control for light color functions backwards. 2. Fan on, and off are nonfunctional

I can not get the app to connect to device… horrible

App it's horrible. I feel like they tried to make it look like a perk for buying their device.

Very frustrating. App options will not respond. Worthless customer service. This is for the ceiling fan/light. Nice looking unit but again worthless with nothing working on it. I only rated 1 star but would give much less if it was an option.

Bought 2 ceiling light fans with remote and bluetooth capable. Downloaded the app according to instructions on small card included in packages. nothing works. App does not link to the product at all. Paid good money for this feature but didn’t get what was promised.

Junk junk and more junk Totally useless

I am overly confused by this app. Under adding product nothing shows. I click on create login in the hope that this fixes the setup process and it shows a blank screen with the terms and conditions and at the bottom has a agree and a disagree button. What am I agreeing to? The Bluetooth section asks me to set the frequency - what??? Either this is a super sophisticated app from the future that mankind is not ready for or it is complete garbage.

Installed everthing per the instructions and everything is functioning as it should. However, the app is not working or recognizing the device no matter how kany times i try to set it up.

Just purchased this fan , set it up and the app does not sync with fan at all please update this app
