Impossible d’utiliser avec 15k$ d’appareils. Ça frise l’escroquis total en 2022 c’est inacceptable qu’une application non testée soit disponible. Et à aucun endroit on peut avoir de l’aide. Samsung mérite zéro!

This app is terrible! No option to stay logged in or even log in without a security code each time. Won’t even let me add a device to my account. Was looking forward to this feature on my appliances but with this for an app that isn’t even an option

The app stopped functioning to control my AC unit. Deleted the app, then reinstalled on two iPhones, an iPhone 11 and 8. The app opens with the pinwheel of be patient. Thats all folks. Does not go beyond that Also tried to leave no rating stars. But i guess you can’t

This app is absolutely ideales. You need a pin and a code every time you open the app or do something. Trying to a add the washer used up the available codes send to a phone per day already. Plus the Direct washer WiFi will not show on the phone. Will be deleted right after this Review. Don’t waste you time

Ditto with the previous review! Additionally once I got my Samsung account set up, passed all of my info onto them then went back to app to begin registering my appliance a notice popped up indicating the app has been discontinued and to download the Samsung SmartThings app which has the same connection issues. Apple and Samsung need to get their stuff together. Thanks for wasting my time on all of this, I will keep all of this in mind next time I am shopping for appliances!

Pourquoi je ne pourrai plus faire fonctionner mes machine à distance payer 3500$ en 2013 série model wf457 a écran tactile. Car actuellement pas prises en charge par SmartThings... Allez vous nous aider? Merci

Well done Apple for not letting your users connect to your competition’s App!! It sucks cause all my appliances are Samsung anddd I can’t even get passed the “network is not available” nonesense pop up message. Disappointing

Just having to log in and input the security code every time, makes this an instant delete.
