Cant login
I registered my number and i cannot log in keeps on saying i need to register. Even if i do forgot password and change it im unable to log in.

I can not see my account balance
When I loaded my mobile number with 200 PH I got the sms of it. However only 170 on the balance if I call *123# If I like to see it then it will inform me that I have 0 balance. I getting points what is also given when I buy But no account balance Yesterday I was sending 150 PH I am still waiting for the balance to come to me. Many problems with SMART I hope that it will be fixed No way to track you actions at this moment

My app won’t open it says an error has occurred, i did everything I thought would help to open this app. I uninstall reinstall it already but it keeps saying an error has occured what’s wrong with smartapp
USELESS AND WORST APP
System maintenance without advisory is a hassle and causes significant stress for postpaid account holders who need to top up their data using this poorly functioning app. Even customer service is unable to solve these issues due to the unscheduled maintenance. What kind of IT and management do you have? Seven hours of maintenance and unscheduled server downtime is the worst.

When i tried to redeem my giga points. It always says “Error occurred. Something went wrong, please try again. RC: 500 “ I already uninstall-install the app many times, but the same problem occurs. I used to like this app. But this time, it is such a hassle.
