- Promo loads are not transferable. - Unable to buy a subscription with the promo loads. - promo loads have an expiration date - transferable loads have to be a 10,20,50,100 number. Cannot be set by user - I bought an unlimited plan (999) and before that I bought 1000 promo loads. I thought I could buy the subscription with it. Which is not the case. And now I can’t even transfer it to a friend.
I have to wait for my plan to expire: “You can only subcribe to this promo once your current subscription has expired.” Unbelievable inconvenience.
