Existing features are all available, you can check your balance, Recharge your account or any other account, you can also add and remove vehicles, check your trips and violations, update you profile information and access general Salik information.
New features and services include:
• Enhanced Dashboard: get important insights about your account balance and activities in a flash.
• Countdown timer: keep you alerted about potential violations.
• Remove Vehicle: no need to contact the call center or visit a location.
• Recharge using Mobile and Plate instead of Account and PIN: even more convenient than before.
• Sign in using finger print.
• Stay logged in with a "keep me signed in" feature.
• An enhanced scanning feature to scan recharge numbers, T.C. and Tag numbers.

- Location Services:
The app will access this service to provide directions to the toll gates & customer service locations.
- Photos / Media:
The app will access these files to allow you to set your profile picture.
- Camera:
The app will access these services to allow you to use the OCR feature when recharging.
- Push Notifications:
The app will send Push Notifications regarding app updates if user agrees to accept the notifications on their device.

Request to sign in every time
It is a very useful and user friendly app but its problem is that every time I open the app it requests to sign in, I save the password in Iphone passwords but again the app requests to sign in and the password is not saved !

برنامج صعب جداً ومعقد ، ولو تم ربطه بالهوية الرقمية سيكون افضل واسهل . لقد حاولت مرات عديدة التسجيل ولكني فشلت لصعوبته . فنرجو ربطه بالهوية الرقمية. وشكراً
Doesn’t work outside UAE
I live in Oman but I visit Dubai often. Sometimes I forget to recharge my account and remember to do so when I’m in Oman. Whenever I want to recharge my account whilst outside the UAE, the app won’t work at all! The website doesn’t work as well, don’t know why!
Doesn’t work outside UAE
The app works fine inside UAE but it doesn’t even open when I’m outside UAE. I live in Oman and I have to pay few remaining fees in my salik account. I tried to go to website and tried many devices but it just doesn’t work. Please help!

App is not able to connect to the servers to get current balance and to allow me to recharge.
Unprofessional
Why government apps made by unprofessional people? Always it has problem Always Can’t login & etc And how this apps can get reward like app of the year? How? It’s not smart at all Useless updates and spending mb for nothing To struggle more with new version? App Store also needs to check the app before putting in the appstore
