Also very poor customer support.

They broke my car seat during the cleaning service, and when I showed them, they lied, claiming they had pictures from before and after. I asked for those pictures, but they closed the complaint ticket and simply ignored me. It was bad service and the worst customer service experience.

This service is Dubai excellence at its finest. I still cannot get my head around how magical this experience is; a must!

Totally unprofessional customer service team that can not resolve basic issues.

Current update has an api error

New app is a mess. Full of bugs. Keeps crashing. Rewards have disappeared. Customer service as usual is clueless and unable to assist. Not going to recommend Cafu with such a poor app experience.

The new update is terrible. Not only it’s full of bugs, but the bugs are so bad that it used a voucher of mine AND charged me (ie double charging). It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard back from CAFU regarding correcting the mistake. Don’t use the app until they fix it.

Whilst the new app is got a good design, the promo code feature doesn’t work for Fuel although when you enter the promo code it will show a discount has been applied, but Cafu charges full amount without discount.

for the second time the worst experience ever. i ordered emergency fuel that is supposed to reach as quickly as possible if you’re in dubai with a max time of 35 min. i got mine deliver after AN HOUR A WHOLE HOUR on Friday from 11:50 am to 12:50 pm ! with no updates no confirmation of the expecting time to get the fuel delivered nothing literally they can not provide a simple tracking service to check at what time exactly the driver supposed to reach , no but you have to wait patiently in a 45°C weather during RAMADAN . i simply asked is it possible to contact the driver by myself to check with him cause this way is easier for me instead of calling customer service and wait a whole 15 min on the line and then stay on hold for nothing , the lovely lady said he’s gonna contact you but guess what ? exactly he did not call. so you basically you have to order and pray for them to get their job done . waste of time and money , it’s been years now but you guys are not improving in any way .

Very Bad Customer Services , they are totally unprofessional people and don’t even care about customer. Don’t go for their services.
