SmartLog: Smart blood glucose management app for iPhone
SmartLog provides the following functions to help you manage your blood glucose.
(1) Connection with CareSens blood glucose meters (Bluetooth)
(2) Manual Input the blood glucose value
(3) Providing various reports that show trend of blood glucose value
(4) Recording information such as meal, exercise, insulin and memo
(5) Sharing your blood glucose data with others by sending email or push service
(6) Sync(or backup) your data with SmartLog Server using "Synchronization" menu in "More" tab
Works with Apple Health:
If you allow Apple Health access, your blood glucose data will be shared with Apple Health App.

Still not fixed

Just did latest update & it still won’t open.

Use

Does not work since the update. I cannot enter the app

Brocken

Since the last update this application has stop working, will no connect with the device after repeated attempts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times but nothing works. I have send many messages and emails to the developer but I got no response. The only choice is to throw this one away and buy a new device from another supplier that actually works. Very disappointed.

Bluetooth

I always have issues with the app unable to Bluetooth to my machine. To tell the truth I think I’ll go back yo my old machine it was less hassle

Update issues

Updated to 2.7.8 today & now unable to open app at all, not happy. Update 3 days ago lost all my history I am over these issues

Not saving data

It used to work well but has become glitchy, it does record my Bluetooth recording, but can’t see it till the next day, and it won’t save my extra information I add like weight etc. Hoping for a fix.

Last update 2.7.4 broke

The app now will not start, it says it’s connecting, then closes. This is piss poor……

Since update

Since update app won’t open so anything can be done. Don’t know if my Bluetooth results are going to app. Why don’t you fix it properly so it works.

Bluetooth & apple health sync broken

Deleting app

I tried this app for a week. After a week the app was inserting incorrect times and dates into the records. I spoke to the people at the phone number provided and was told to delete and reinstall the app. I eventually did this, luckily I backed up first. The problem was not solved. I’m deleting the app and also looking for a new glucose machine. I don’t trust this company. Please don’t ask me to “reach out to you”. I think your product is dangerous. I am reporting you to the NDSS.
