App crashes
Hi. I upgraded my iPhone to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Since the upgrade the app does not load. It just crashes when I click on the icon.

SmartLog provides the following functions to help you manage your blood glucose.
(1) Connection with CareSens blood glucose meters (Bluetooth)
(2) Manual Input the blood glucose value
(3) Providing various reports that show trend of blood glucose value
(4) Recording information such as meal, exercise, insulin and memo
(5) Sharing your blood glucose data with others by sending email or push service
(6) Sync(or backup) your data with SmartLog Server using "Synchronization" menu in "More" tab
Works with Apple Health:
If you allow Apple Health access, your blood glucose data will be shared with Apple Health App.
If you have any inconveniences or improvement requests in using SmartLog, please contact our Customer Center([email protected]).

Crashing
This app on my iPhone just crashed now and doesn’t log anything. Which makes it useless as my readings aren’t logged. Very annoyed as I needed it to show my diabetic nurse. I should have kept manual readings.
Latest iOS update has broken it
App no longer loads since updating to the latest iOS

Not opening
My app goes to open and immediately closes and returns to the Home Screen???? Been using the app for months already no problem What’s happened? My apps update in background so not sure if this is the reason Can someone advise???
No longer working
The app has been updated. When the icon is touched the app crashes and does not open. I have emailed iSENS but no reply has been sent. This is very poor.
Stopped working
Recent update has stopped the app working, it starts to open then closes without any interaction with the reader. Annoying
Deleting and reinstalling .
This seems to have worked, so far it is working but all my previous data has obviously been lost.
App gone bad again!
Update notes say better connection. Please replace with kills connection. Recently I don’t bother to record anything other than the glucose reading as after every botched update I lose everything. I like the meter very much but might need to change if this keeps happening.
Won’t load since last update
As a fairly newly diagonsed diabetic, I found this to be a huge help to monitor my glucose readings. However, since its upgrade this week, it will no longer load and crashes straight away. Now I can’t access my historical readings or track how I’m doing. Please can you sort?! Then I can give you 5 stars!
