The latest update has stopped the app working completely as it will not load past the screen requesting confirmation that you accept the terms and conditions. Testing before release would be a good idea.

Hi. I upgraded my iPhone to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Since the upgrade the app does not load. It just crashes when I click on the icon.

This app on my iPhone just crashed now and doesn’t log anything. Which makes it useless as my readings aren’t logged. Very annoyed as I needed it to show my diabetic nurse. I should have kept manual readings.

App no longer loads since updating to the latest iOS

My app goes to open and immediately closes and returns to the Home Screen???? Been using the app for months already no problem What’s happened? My apps update in background so not sure if this is the reason Can someone advise???

The app has been updated. When the icon is touched the app crashes and does not open. I have emailed iSENS but no reply has been sent. This is very poor.

Recent update has stopped the app working, it starts to open then closes without any interaction with the reader. Annoying

This seems to have worked, so far it is working but all my previous data has obviously been lost.

Update notes say better connection. Please replace with kills connection. Recently I don’t bother to record anything other than the glucose reading as after every botched update I lose everything. I like the meter very much but might need to change if this keeps happening.
