Terrible cancellation process.
Beware. Almost impossible to cancel your account. Terrible service.
Rewards? Right!
It’s impossible to find where my “rewards” are. This program all looks and sounds good, but is useless as no one explains how it works and how to navigate to access any rewards earned. This is going to be a hard pass if this app isn’t easier to use.

Smartsheet
Very nice!
I am very happy with this software. I have slowly been working with it and each time seems easier. For me it was a bit of a learning process but interesting enough to keep my attention. I wish some of the templates were a bit more for everyday tasks, some comparable templates or I am not searching to find them but overall I feel it does what it should and for the average person works great. I have no complaints at all, it functions great on my mobile, MacBook and windows desktop.
One complaint
The essay section was difficult to write and edit only having a limited access to the space provided to write in.
App is insufficient
There are far too many features that aren't available in the App that are in the browser version. Also, the app will load old versions of sheets so you'll be looking at old information.
Laggy and unstable
Advertising on twitter in 2024? Lololololol
Bad customer service
Terrible customer service. This is impossible to cancel.
Smart sheets
Excellent tool for managing projects of all kinds. But for me, it’s excellent for operational planning.
