The app keeps crashing, logging me out, not reserving bikes and is very slow. It is clear they have tried to make it the cheapest way possible and they do not care about customer service or even having a working product. I really don’t believe they can even change it to make it better because they don’t want to because I’m very sure there are hundreds of users that have problems daily and make complaints but they don’t seem to care.
The app seems well enough designed, but if you wanted to use their e-bikes, the ONLY option is to subscribe for a year. You can't pay per-journey. Which seems completely unreasonable if you're just visiting Barcelona.
With the latest version the QR scanner doesn’t work for Bicing, so I have to type the code every time 😤
After the lasted all update the QR code scan stopped working. Please look onto this issue. Thanks
Esta última versión funciona muy mal, casi no se puede usar, tiene una navegación súper lenta. Además de peor usabilidad. Que estáis haciendo con el dinero público!!???
Estoy con la reseña previa, ahora no se ve los parkings, y no queda claro como añadir filtros para verlos. Se está cerrando la app todo el rato, funciona fatal la verdad, y funcionaba muy bien antes del update
- the app does not show bike parking stations - the name of the app SMOU itself is very confusing, the previos app Bicing had the same name as the bike stations. Previos app showed locations of the parking stations - and a very big problem with Bicing service is that there is no control over the occupancy of parking lots. for example, along the coastline (Barceloneta and Poblenou area) it is extremely difficult to find a free place to park a bicycle, and often the waiting time is more than 15 minutes.
I’ve been trying for over 24 hours, on two different accounts I created with two emails just to see if one is not working but it will not send me the validation, this is just a HUGE pain point for the user. I’ve also tried using the website and it’s the same, I’ve checked spam, all mail, junk etc. no where to be found and there’s no alternative to getting through. I have also uninstalled it 3 times, nothing working
After a lengthy registration, I am told that if you want to get a bike, you can’t sign up using a your passport. Why?
Every time I use the app it disconnects me from my account and I have to go through the whole linking process again - which often isn’t successful.
