If you want to use this app, better not be in a hurry! It will ask you to log in with security codes sent to your email that if you make a mistake while entering, it is so glitchy when you try to correct your error that it takes at least 10 attempts! Also when you are registering your date of birth it changes itself to some weird date and then will not let you proceed…good luck! You will need it!

My boyfriend has the old iPhone and I have the new iPhone and the payment doesn’t work on the new iPhone, we tried multiple different cards etc. the only thing we changed is to the old phone and it worked. The app is also buggy please work on the user experience it’s not nice

disgusting app. Developers should be ashamed at how badly they created this application. You download the app and initially ask you to register without explaining how anything works. After a very lengthy signup which I will going to the second you are presented with, needs of entering a card in the app and after you go through that process as well you are forced to make a yearly subscription disgusting user experience. as I have deleted the app at this point, I will describe the horrible signup process. Namely, you download the app you have to sign up with your email before anything is explained about how this app works. After you sign up, they ask you to confirm your email. After you have confirmed your email, they sent a second useless email again with the code in order to confirm once again your email. This is useless because you only need one of the two steps just described. Additionally, when you try to enter the code received in the second confirmation email inside the app it’s extremely buggy. It takes a minute just enter the code and I have no idea how developers have managed to mess this up so badly. I honestly think they should change profession. lastly as others have noted it is counterintuitive and frustrating to arrive for a first time at one of these biking station and have to figure out that randomly the app as a different name from what the bikes are called as well as what Google Maps allows you to find, because when you look for Mo on Google Maps, nothing comes up. The only thing I can praise is how easily they made it to delete your account and that’s what exactly did. Yours, a software developer and ux designer.

What a joke. This clunky app takes you through the most painful onboarding process just to present you with annual pricing. I’m here for weekend. Guess I’ll Uber then and pollute the city.

The app is full of bugs, constantly freezes, most of the time the app doesn’t show the nearby stations or you have to wait for up to a minute for it to show anything on the map. Absolute garbage!

Estic utilitzant un iPhone 14 amb connexió a internet 4G, però: 1. La càrrega del mapa i les bicicletes disponibles triga una eternitat. 2. Sovint, el mapa indiqui que hi ha bicicletes disponibles, però quan intentes agafar-ne una, totes estan indisponibles, fins i tot quan utilitzes la funció de reserva. 3. El lector de codis QR és el pitjor. Triga molt de temps a llegir el codi QR i moltes vegades he de introduir manualment el codi. Tot l'equip de desenvolupament hauria de ser substituït per algú que sàpiga com programar una aplicació.

Useless app! Half the time the app doesn’t work. The other half the card doesn’t work! Spend ages trying to find bikes that haven’t got the red light to say they’re not working, and the ones that “do work” often don’t unlock. They say that they’re unlocked, but then you can’t release them and if you make a reservation and try to take the bike you’ve reserved it refuses saying there is an active reservation… yes, me! 🤦‍♀️ got it to try and make my 3am journeys home from work a little safer and easier, but honestly it’s more hassle!

Desde que es va passar a la app hibrida va de mal en pitjor. UX desastrosa. Súper lenta. Molts “bugs” que apareixen continuament. Ajuntament que feu amb els diners publics!!?? Com a usuari de bicing estic encantat amb tot lo relacionat amb les bicis (excepte el manteniment), pero tot lo que es software no ha funcionat mai del tot be.. i ara a sobre feu una app híbrida que dificulta viure a la ciutat

Always crashing or shutting down, shows ghost bikes that never exist and if they do theyll have either broken steering, brakes or another fundemntal aspect . More and more people are getting frustrated ever since the merger with smou . Now after a midday update .. the app has revoked everyones memberships and is requesting them to buy another plan?!?
