I loved this app , but my account got locked for doing something I never did , and now they wrongly banned me , and now I can’t chat with my friends or call with them , not even take pictures or have fun because I got banned , and every time I tried to do a new account it never works , I can’t believe this is happening as Snapchat was my favorite app and now I can’t use it , I hate this app now and would say the service is really bad
