I just finished making New Year’s cards. Could not for the life of me get the text to fit in the box, unless it was tiny tiny font. Went on customer support chat and that was quite slow. I guess I’ll just write our name myself. Normally I love Snapfish but this was a most frustrating experience. THERE ARE NO NICKNAMES LEFT

I created a hard cover book. It took me hours! I didn’t like the photos that were automatically put on the cover and back of the book and it was hard to change them.I just found the whole App difficult to maneuver. It was hard to print on the spine of the book and I had no idea how to print anything on the pages or combine pictures on a page to use less pages. It was very frustrating.
Using Snapfish for years, always works great. I use my iPad to upload and never had a problem. I like that I can choose 2 different sizes in a single order. Can’t beat the price.

Quick and easy to order prints. I have 15 years of photos on my phone. My goal is to print them all this year. The first 300 took less than 5 minutes to choose and order!
The app kept not adding one of the photos to my cart. And it wasn’t updating pics from my phone had to log out and log back in. great concept but it usually is a little cumbersome to use.
