Snapfish: Photo Books, Canvas

We have been scammed! We are buying the products from NZ and the symbol $ should apply to NzD in NZ. However we bought the product and after checking our account we were charged in USD. This means this app which is available on the App Store is scamming people. When we noticed the they had charged us in USD by checking our account, we wrote back to them within 10-15 hours of the order and they refused to reimburses the money. Even after explaining that I could not afford the products and that I was led in a wrong way. This is unacceptable, acting in bad faith and not respecting the consumer. You should not be making money out of people in this way. This product should be removed from the App Store. They cannot operate in this manner. If they have a license to operate globally they should be telling the consumer the prices of the products in their own currency. We have been scammed by this company, as when you act in good faith you need to accept the fact the consumer cannot afford and is not willing to buy the product specialist given we reached out to them within 10-15 hours of buying the product. It is impossible the process of production was already in place. Even if it was, they should have stopped it immediately and reimburse the amount to the work they had done until then. Impossible for the products to be fully ready. This app should be banned. I advise you to review what other people are saying in websites like trust pilot about their customer service, product quality, etc.

Makes printing photos easy. I’ve made a nice book through Snapfish too, though not on the app. The specials which seem to be always on make the prices affordable. Very happy with the products so far.

Love the snapfish app. Easy to use and saves your projects for you, no matter how long between starting and finishing.

I loved the products that I bought which was 2 personal pic calendar’s and 3 fridge magnets… they arrived pre Christmas which was stated. However I was charged over $105 for them… I have tried to get in touch with Snapfish but not able to… I don’t even want a refund just a credit.. I hope this link gets to them and can be sorted.

This app constantly freezes ! It almost never works perfectly, always have to fresh it or download it again. I hate it, but when it does evenly work pictures are nice

I wanted to correct my billing address but after 3 attempts I gave up. I didn’t want my card details saved but I couldn’t process without pressing the continue button. I wanted the offer of free photos but it’s disappeared. How do I get back to that? Goodness knows what will turn up.

It is very nice that you get 50 free prints -just need to pay for shipping. But when my photos arrived they weren’t the best quality and some of the edges weren’t very nice. Almost as if they were cut out with blunt scissors. At the end of they day they are pretty much 50 photos for free, so what can you expect? But I did think I would be getting quality photos, almost makes it worth to just go out and buy photos at your local store that are actually good quality.

And easy to use it, which makes ordering simple. The only problem I have is when trying to upload photos from my phone. It only wants to select pictures in my albums and not my main photo collection. Other than that it works great, highly recommend.
