Super slow process - the people at the help center are useless - if you don’t have a Ideal Card it’s taking 10 working days to process a credit card. Don’t be in a hurry. The application is great but the people that handle it are super bad unfortunately. Bad experience so far.
It’s not normal that the one renting his car can put a review/comment on you AFTER having READ your own review/comment first!!! Reviews should be held secret until both parts have written them. I put a bad review + comment on a guy’s car because the car was completely broken (drivers door, shield, seats, speedometer!!) and it was not stated on the description, then the guy saw it and put me a bad review even if I hadn’t done anything wrong with his car, and also insulting me in the personal chat.
You cannot rent a car if you don’t have a local drivers license. A bit useless then compared to professional car renters.
Not possible to extend your booking twice. Future fix maybe?
