Misleading costs
Misleading verification costs. Why not just be honest and charge users to download the app instead of surprising them with hidden charges?
Nice app, long wait for deposit return
The app itself is easy to use, however, over 4 weeks wait to return my €250 deposit is absolutely ridiculous in an age where instant payments are a thing. If you didn’t pay the extra to reduce the deposit you could be waiting over 4 weeks for €750 to be returned! A sum of money I’m sure most people don’t want to wait more than a month for. Just a word of warning for future users.
Horror
The app is cumbersome 1/2 web, 1/2 app, check-in process does not work properly, checkout impossible. Unable to do basic things like changing booking time. Overcharging unless you choose correct 24hrs and did not get 10discount after the 5 euro to check the bank account!!! The overall first experience was insanely bad!!
