Scans card inconsistently
App only reads my card sometimes. Quite frustrating when needing to top up in a hurry.
Penalties too high
Why is there a $10 penalty? It would seem to me with the inconveniences endured by endless bus replacements and train cancellations…that a penalty from a missed tag off should be $2 versus $10.

Convenience at your fingertips
Sleek and smooth interface and works like a charm. Suggestion: rather than saving card details to use on future top-ups, it would be better to integrate Apple Pay so it can be a click of a button or a scan of the face.
needs improvement
i was able to scan my card the first time. i then tried to top up and now i’m having troubles scanning altogether. i have tried to reinstall to see if it fixes the problem but no.

Read a card issue
Well but read a card by app is a very hard for iOS 18.2. Can’t collect the topup.

Topping up my card is super easy with this. Customer support was very kind to me and when I thought I lost my card.
