Worst customer experience, haven’t received my money back(refund)yet and it’s more than 7 days also they are not responding on call or email… they’re not taking any seriously

I ordered 8 jeans and they were smaller then normal size. I returned it by alot of hard-work as they don’t have any return option. Now it has been more then 2 weeks and never got any refund. No customer support and app is trash.

Who said its scam or its having quality issues.. or its over priced.. i ordered baggy jeans and oversized Shirt from snitch app. And it is like a waaoooo!! As it is photo is delivered to my house no fake editing. Everytime i order from snitch they deliver the best and for that it is not over priced its amazinngggggg!!😍

Initially the products were good, then once I ordered one jeans and the size I received was not with the same fit as before and they took 100 rs COD and another 100 ra for refund. Just a req to the snitch team not to impose these unnecessary charges. I have decided not to shop with them anymore.

Totally fake company I have ordered one cargo and one shirt they don’t deliver my order and customer care telling me you will get refund in 2 days from past 10 days but I not get any refund I will expose you guys

I initiated a refund, but neither do they try to contact me nor reply to mails. They said they have initiated the refund and they have gave the refund already but no money was received in my account. I tried mailing them but No reply. Please refund

The return policy is very poor. I placed a return order a week ago, but no one has come to pick it up.

When i checked my pin it showed COD is available and date of delivery was clear, but when I checked out it was not showing COD option and delivery date. I had to pay anyway Hope for the fast delivery

Awesome product for snitch I loved it 🥰💫before I like a some few brands but now I’m big fan of snitch…..

Give account delete option in App.. if all order is delivered i want to delete my account and use other account please give in app account closure botton
