Terrible
Multiple bike locations never showed up on map which resulted in us being unable to use bikes. Extreme inconvenience and waist of time. Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would.

This app requires you to make an account to ride. The rates are higher than average but acceptable. However it overcharged me for bike rides and the account history receipt provides NO breakdown of the charges. I rode a bike for 5 minutes and parked at a Reddy bike stand and was charged over $5 when the listed rate was 10 cents a minute! A scam⚠️
The app is not user friendly at all, was unable to sign up or detect any bikes nearby even through they were there.
Reloaded money. Still can’t access bike. Waste of time.
Horrible first time experience website does not allow you to use password you set it up with and says no connection everytime
Love this .. also grateful for this since I’m always out and about.. looking forward to what comes next from all this..
If you going to download this, it won’t work the first time you gotta go thru a bunch with service
Interface for the keypad on the bikes is trash. Doesn’t read account number nor phone number. Also most of the bikes do not have QR code to scan which makes it nearly impossible to rent out the bike.
None of the bike pads are working and can’t find out how to rent them again - fun when they work
Signed into the app easily enough and created an account. Here in Long Beach, CA there are stations everywhere which is great. However, at least half the bikes we tried were not functional in one way or another. The biggest pain is the keypads on the bikes are mostly old and entering account number and pin can be a frustrating and time consuming prospect. Because we are visiting we don't have time to get an RFID card. To properly rent a bike you have to find a station using the app, then approach the bike and see if the keypad lights up. Then you have see if the seat is adjustable, several bikes we found the stems were locked so tight we couldn't adjust them. Then you have to test the brakes and the shifter. Several bikes we found the shifters were busted. After the functional checks, then you get to fight with the keypad to enter the digits and you're on your way. When we found a working bike the price of the system is just right and it's super convenient with all the bike lanes and stations but it's too bad it's such a frustrating experience.
