This APP only complies to account registered on www.solaxCloud.com, if you have registered on www.solax-portal.com, please download another APP named SolaX.
SolaxCloud is a monitoring App enabling the end-user and the agent to check the inverter status, yield, load consumption and exported energy anytime with the help of cloud data analysis.
End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.
Description of End-user Login:
After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaxCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load.
At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.
Description of Agent Login:
After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.

Wifi can’t connect
Solax inverter cant connect wifi modem
Very poor Services
Needs Serious Improvements and Optimizations ranging from USER FRIENDLY UI TO WIFI DROP PROBLEM. Kindly start the BETA testing so as to sustain the current users trust and faith in this app. Also since 2 days, I am seeing error message as THE REQUEST TIMEOUT EVERYTIME I TRY TO LOGIN. I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, enter the login details everytime..but still..it needs loads of improvements..

Hello, I am using this app since last year, developer need to update and add some new features like “Smart Client” app. Some features missing in current solaxcloud app kindly update it soon.
Problem
Leider zeigt mir die App die prozentuale Ladung der Batterie nicht mehr an. Sonst funktioniert alles, das ist aber sehr sehr ärgerlich!

Hallo Solax Team, die App ist ja gut, aber: wann kommt eine richtige IPad raus? Wann kann über die App ein Update der Anlage gestartet werden? Im Regelfall ist ja der Hausbesitzer der Anlangen-Betreiber und nicht der Solateur als Service Firma.

Keine wirklich brauchbare App
Ich habe eine neue Solaranlage mit einem Solax Wechselrichter und Batterien bekommen. Die Hardware ist gefühlt sehr gut, nur die Software ist weder intuitiv noch ist sie zeitgemäß und objektorientiert. Ich komme selbst aus der Programmierung, aber so eine App wäre bei uns noch nicht einmal für den Tester, erst recht nicht für den Anwender freigegeben worden. Z. B. Refreshraten für die Anzeige liegt bei ca. 5 Minuten, ein refresh manuell ist nicht möglich. Außerdem ist an manchen Stellen Exportpreis und Importpreis vertauscht, z. B. beim Export von Daten. Damit kann ich der Software nicht vertrauen!
Login geht nicht mehr
Seit dem Update NOVEMBER 2024 geht kein Login mehr. App stürzt ab und ladet nicht mehr
