This APP only complies to account registered on www.solaxCloud.com, if you have registered on www.solax-portal.com, please download another APP named SolaX.
SolaxCloud is a monitoring App enabling the end-user and the agent to check the inverter status, yield, load consumption and exported energy anytime with the help of cloud data analysis.
End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.
Description of End-user Login:
After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaxCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load.
At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.

After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.

Can not limit battery charge
Can not limit battery charge rate or battery level, to extend the battery life. Should be possible.
Old app
Stop changing the app. She’s simple and good before! I can’t log in on this one
To Home wrong data
Again more problems, graphic feeding view is now showing negative data. Impossible right?! No! No inverter readings also!! Are you guys sure about what you are doing? Just stop messing around with what is working and take a look at your bad reviews!! I’m just so regretting about choosing Solax.

FORGET the new version
The good thing about the new version is that you can switch to the older one and for that functionality I am giving a very generous 2 Starts. I urge you to hire UX/UI before developing anything new.
Readings only each 5 minutes + no notifications
Please add notifications for the iOS app. For alerts, when we have a grid fault for example! Also, a major disadvantage of this service is that the readings are not real time, only updated every 5 minutes. Hopefully this changes in the future. Other than that, it works relatively well.
Bugs
If you have an ev-charger, either connected with its own CT or through modbus to the inverter, the app shows double the “feed-in” than in reality, so the diagram is then all wrong. I guess it counts both the measurement of the inverter and also the measurement of the charger (received either through ct or through modbus).
Bad update
Don’t work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Error login
I can’t do login at the app, give a user incorrect but in the website work fine with the same data
