Just updated app to new version and doesn’t even open. Crashes on opening!

The latest version of the App is a welcome update. The last few versions were very problematic. The new version has all the information you need along with ability to update settings on the inverter all from your phone. Able to finally see graphs again in landscape mode, a feature that was lost in previous updates.

After the recent update, the app doesn’t even open.

This update 07/2024 not as above, also will not orient to landscape mode only Portrait in classic old view.

I updated to the latest version in hope the constant login issue was fixed. Now I can’t see or manage any of my system. When I select Account Logout (in attempt to re login to see my system) that Logout button does nothing. Please fix this app to provide basic system functionality. I don’t need fancy moving graphics - just ability to see load, battery capacity & switch between Backup & Self-Use modes.

the update is 👎🏼 each time i open the app i have to login even when i tick remember me it doesn’t. please fix your update or roll back to previous version

Every time I open the app I have to go through the log in process again, why does this have to happen, I should just be able to open the app and see what the inverter is doing?

I have had this app for nearly seven years and it has this problem of intermittently not being able to read the wifi signal from the inverter and so make use of the app. I have asked the installer many times to rectify it but he has given up stating that it is the wifi sender and Solax would shirk their responsibilities and say it was our problem.

Waste of time downloading - it won’t even connect via wifi 🙄

Once it disconnects and it will disconnect, good luck resetting it. Registration no requested to reset and which is on the inverter, is never accepted so where is the registration no! And then it just starts .. no instructions to be seen anywhere. Very frustrating .
