After i paid for the pro features now they stopped the ai helper and tjey made a new subscription tuer called (max) and now you have to pay 10 times more for features that already were available at the pro tier!! This is the biggest user scam i ever seen in an educational app online! Please report them to Apple Store and Google store authorities
Berbat bir uygulama. Yıllık abonelik satın aldım ve ödemeden bir hafta sonra, uygulama bana AI önerilerinden faydalanmak istiyorsam Max sürümünü satın almam gerektiğini söyledi. Ancak bu sürüm 12 kat daha pahalı. Bu tam bir çılgınlık ve aldatmaca. Başlangıçta AI önerileri çalışıyordu, ancak abonelik ücretini ödedikten ve bir hafta geçtikten sonra çalışmayı bıraktı. Bu, kullanıcıları dolandırmak ve zorla para istemektir. Bu uygulamayı bir daha asla kullanmayacağım! Terrible app. I paid for an annual subscription, and a week after the payment, the app informed me that if I want AI suggestions, I need to purchase the Max version, which costs 12 times more. This is pure madness and deception. Initially, the AI suggestions worked, but as soon as I paid for the subscription and a week passed, they stopped working. This is extortion and a scam targeting users. I will never use this app again!
Aplication is really useful and helpful but the only problem is errors in the application.

Could you please provide Turkish language support in the app? If that’s difficult, I would appreciate a feature to select words so I can long press on them to learn their meaning and translate.
Emekli olduktan sonra kodlama öğrenmeye karar verdim. 3 ay sonra emekli olmayı planlıyorum. Şimdiden başladım. Başka bir platformdan çalışıyordum. Orası da güzeldi ama Sololearn’ün yöntemi ve konuları anlatmak için seçtiği sıralama daha pratik ve öğrenmek için daha doğru bir yol. Şimdi bu uygulamaya öncelik veriyorum, diğerini de yardımcı uygulama olarak kullanacağım. Henüz pro’ya geçmedim. Anlamadığım bir şey var. Yıllık plan için indirimli demişler ama yıllık kaydolursanız ayda yaklaşık 100 TL’ye denk geliyor, aylık kaydolursanız yaklaşık 45-50 TL net hatırlayamadım. Aralarında kullanım olarak bir fark mı var acaba, tam tersi olması gerekirken, yıllık planda peşin ödeme yapıldığı halde aylık plana göre daha pahalı olmasına anlam veremedim.
I have switched to pro version but it is not providing any pro features! It continues to show disturbing ads and the hearts are limited. Moreover, I cannot run the codes in the learning parts since it requires pro(!). Are you kidding with the users? Please, fix this issue asap!

Hello, I’m Arda. As part of my membership, I entered my card details for a trial, but money was withdrawn without my knowledge. I forgot to cancel it and thought it would be canceled automatically. I really need the money because I wanted to buy an engagement ring with it. Please help!(and I read that you guys won’t refund money but as I said I really needed that money 😞)
