pretty cool app

The best coding app i have ever used

This app is brilliant, i love this app you don’t need pro features to make it useable, it’s like Duolingo but for coding.

Over charged

They charged me for the whole year , the next day I realeized , very disappointed

Really good but

Its a cool and effective learning app but i think losing a heart just stops the learning experience and i don't learn anything from losing a heart. ALSO: When im listening to music, the sound effects cancel out the music and pauses it, really annoying

No where to report a problem

I use an iPhone, so to skip down a row to enter another set of code isn’t possible. I’ve failed the Python course about “If” statements multiple times. Thinking I did something wrong and it not explaining what. I had to use another app to copy paste the code and me doing the exact thing. Turns out I was right and the app just doesn’t let you go down using “return” on the keyboard. Disappointed. Definitely not worth paying a membership for if this is just the one thing I noticed.

Really good - an offline mode would have made it better

I found this app after reading somewhere it was possible to use this app offline. Keen to learn new skills whilst on a plane trip this seemed perfect until I signed up and was unable to find the mythical “make course available offline” button I had read about. Turned out the comment was an erroneous one by someone using a different system so not SoloLearn’s fault. But definitely something they could look into — I get that the AI and playgrounds would never work offline but the other stuff would have been amazing to pick up Python whilst on a plane.

Fantastic app, despite flaws

This app is incredible for a beginner. It’s made things so smooth. Will say though, a lot of minor typos. I would appreciate a notification system for people that reply to my comments. The comments system it self is wonderful and definitely helps understanding very technical areas.

I’m new but this is amazing!! I’ve tried learning from my dad who’s really good and all kind of things but this is the besttt!! I really just wish that the lives were inf without having to be payed for. Like I get that you guys are just trying to make a bit of a living but also it would be better if we could just learn In peace with the greatness of this software. Like I just wanna learn it without having 3 try’s and that’s it or having to spend my hard earned gem things. I reallllly would like it to be inf lives in the first place cause it gets really anoying when all you wanna do it freaking learn but I can’t. This is like the only good software but it makes me wanna jump off a cliff cause every 5 seconds it says frick you I don’t care about you suck it you can’t learn. That’s why I quit duolingo. This is exactly the same thing as duolingo except coding. But all things aside THIS IS AWESOME TYSM! but seriously pls just let us have inf lifes in the first place🙏🙏🙏

Good but no answers!

Overall it’s a nice app—the lessons are well constructed and the pace is just right. However, the activities inexplicably don’t have any answers, so if you get stuck… you just have to skip it.
