This has been my favourite task management app for years but lately the app’s been so laggy and my recurring tasks keep popping up on random days. I can’t even contact you guys through the app, the contact option doesn’t work properly.
Lots of calendar/reminders/notes/diary apps work but are clunky integrating the Apple native apps. I have used and deleted Things, Agenda and many more over the years. I have also had Sorted for many years and bit by bit it has come into it’s own. The recent developments have been well engineered with definite research leading to a very nicely integrated app that does everything in a very Apple way. Still the best. 👍
It was a great app but it appears to have been abandoned. Such a shame, it really was awesome
Unbiasedly, this app is perfect. It’s very simple but functional and is a great way to organise your day(s!) well. I like how most of the app is free but you can pay only if you would prefer to. Lots of cool functions. A great app! 5/5
I don’t usually write reviews, but the user experience of this app is soooo amazing! It definitely stands out from other tasks management apps with a unique set of features!
I wanted to love it, I wanted to use it, at one point I almost bought it. However, I found that when trying to set a time for a task, tapping on the time dial exits you from the entire date/time UI and then you’re left to do it all over again. It was feeling polished until you’d experience the above or scrolling the time selector and it would severely lag and was if the frame rate on the time dial alone would drop… on an iPhone 14 Pro running 16.3.1. This took away from the polished fluid feeling and made me delete it and return to the more robust and fluid Things 3.
This app would be perfect but for one main fault which breaks everything. In the main view, tasks appear in a list view with each item the same “size”, any visual representation of time-blocking is lost. There is a timeline view available, but you lose 90% of the functionality of the app and it’s not selectable as a permanent view. As someone with a neurodiverse brain, I benefit from being able to see the time allocated to an item, but all I get is a pretty to do list with items listed below each other as if each is of equal time cost. This is really just a standard todo list with a start time for each item. If the developer spaced out those items according to time allocated, this would be a winner.
Wow I didn’t realise why I hated all these task managers like Apple Reminders or Todoist (I still don’t get why everyone loves them), but I now know that it’s because managing my day is more important than anything! And being able to see the amount of time I’ve allocated to each task is what allows me to heed Parksinsons law and work toward finishing the task in that allocated time. Also being able to quickly move the whole day around because one task goes over is what made me immediately want to purchase this. If my task goes over I just run the auto scheduler again and it reorganises my day. I would love to force certain tasks (especially the ones I repeat daily) to top or bottom or middle of the list without setting the exact time so autoscheduler can sort things out for me but ensure that I do the read emails task at the end of the day (whatever time that might be) rather than the middle. Great job! Keep up the good work! Keep your focus on delivering features for daily management, nobody else has this and you have done it perfectly.
It’s the only application I’ve found that can efficiently log and map out tasks. I’ve found blocking events out on calendars too rigid and inflexible, but regular to-do list apps tend to induce unrealistic expectations since they don’t account for the duration of a task. However, would love a UI update to something cleaner and more minimal - the aesthetics are feeling a bit dated.
The more I use it the more I like it. Pssst. A little dickeybird told me that it is possible it might include an email client in the future. Wow. Imagine being able to flag an email as a task. (how much of your day is taken up dealing with emails. Keep up the good works guys and gals.
