Sorted³ has been featured by Apple as [App Of The Day], [Apps We Love Right Now] & [Get Stuff Done] in 130+ regions.
We've now rebuilt the app from the ground up to make it even easier (and more fun) to hyper-schedule your entire day from a single place.
As you start integrating Sorted³ into your daily workflow, you'll notice 3 foundational benefits:
● Unified Timeline
Sorted³ seamlessly integrates your calendar events and tasks into one timeline so you can manage your entire day from a single place. To make things even more delightful, you can take formatted notes, attachments and drawings on both your events and tasks inside the app.
● Effortless Scheduling
Sorted³ helps you easily set a schedule for your day, and decide what’s important, what can wait, and what you reasonably have time for. You can use Auto Schedule to figure out what you can realistically get done in a day. Instead of feeling underproductive, Sorted³ helps you set attainable goals that you can accomplish.
● Built-in Flexibility
Even when properly scheduled in advance, days don’t always go as planned! Sorted³ is built with that flexibility in mind to adjust to your changing schedule. It's as dynamic as your day, with smart features such as Magic Select and our signature Time Ruler to help you shift things around with a few taps.
On top of all these, there are various other functionalities to make your experience more fun and seamless across all your devices:
- New Widgets for iOS 16 & macOS Monterey
- Auto Backup
- Timeline view
- iCloud Sync
- Powerful repeat rules
- Light & Dark Themes
- Natural Language Processing
- URL Scheme
- Siri Integration
- And much more!

Sorted³ Reviews

Was reluctant to buy pro…

And I’m glad I waited. I genuinely loved using this app, but by the time i really started using it, it seemed that the developers had abandoned it. And now I believe it’s confirmed to be abandoned as the website is no longer live. I’m really bummed out, this app has so much potential. It’s the most intuitive planner/task management app I’ve used. I guess our only hope is that they can open source the project, or maybe sell it to a developer who has the time to bring it back to its full potential.

Great idea, but the UI doesn’t work for me

I find being able to sort tasks by hour to be super helpful. However once the time has passed, the UI replaces the time with a bell icon. I find other hourly time planner apps more effective that show the time blocks through the entire day.

Updated Review: Although I love this app, support and continued development has ended as of date of this review 12/2024. You are 100% on your own. Syncing among devices is not consistently working and I fear I will be left with a useless app soon. Look for something else. Original review: This is superb. I feel so much more accomplished every day. I love being able to visualize my day and realistically look at my “wish of things to do” for the day and what can actually be accomplished given the time in a day. It forces me to prioritize my tasks. I have four feedback points. First, is to link your FAQ or website to the help section where you have the guides. The second is, that when you are moving things around in your schedule view, that it automatically schedules the task to the next available time. For example, if I have a task at 6 o’clock and I move something that was listed as any time and I move it to after my 6 o’clock task, it schedules it at 6 o’clock rather than whatever the next time slot available is. Third, it would be great if we could choose how to display our data on the iPad. The guides how smaller windows like widgets and I assume that is the Mac view. It would be awesome to be able to view a couple of lists at once. Lastly, autoschedule seems to leave a huge gap open in the middle of the day and put a bunch of things at the evening. It may just be a glitch for now. It’s not a big deal because I can move things back up but it defeats the purpose of autoscheduling. Overall, these items are very minor. This app is worth every penny!

Love this app!

I have used this app every day for a few years. I get so much more done when I use it. I wish there was a version for android because I am walking away from Apple products and will really miss this app.

Great app, limited features

HeresMyTwoCents on

This app is well worth four stars, but it’s hard to believe after all this time that there are still some important features missing. Why can we still not specify a default list for new tasks? It’s annoying to have to go into a specific list to automatically add tasks to that list. It’s also mind-boggling that we still cannot choose to show calendar events above tasks. Many people prefer that view so that important meetings don’t get pushed below the bottom of the screen. Why in the world won’t you guys add this? Sadly, it looks like this app has been abandoned. What a shame.

Lots of obvious features missing

ibcvc on

If I set up several items meticulously to follow each other, and I want to move all of those tasks later with the time ruler why do they all now start at the SAME time? What good is the time ruler and the visual sequence of events if they all automatically start at the same time?, especially when I drag them, and I have to go thru manually, over and over again, to get them to start in the correct time sequence. The lock function behavior is annoyingly inconsistent. And finally the time ruler itself is counterintuitive. If later times are lower and earlier times are higher, dragging the ruler up should lead to LATER times. Strange app that i want to love but can’t

Hoping for more visual flexibility

Overall, a terrific app. I love the scheduling and ability to check off calendar events as you move through the day. I still despise the lack of theme options mostly because the red used so prominently in the app shows as pink often and I don’t see a way to get past that. It’s a small detail but for an app you used all day it’s an annoying one.

Great app, widgets don’t work

Robstunes on

Pretty much said it all. The app is great and it’s really cool how they don’t charge an arm and a leg for a nice app. However the widgets are blank. Not sure if its a bug but its been this way for months.

iCloud syncing no longer working

The app is great when it works. The syncing is not working anymore between devices. Just hangs.

Very Well Designed

Simple yet very good! Would be great to have the option to select Folder and List colors, plus location based notifications. Hope to see this implemented. Keep it up! 👍🏼
