Sorted³ has been featured by Apple as [App Of The Day], [Apps We Love Right Now] & [Get Stuff Done] in 130+ regions.
We've now rebuilt the app from the ground up to make it even easier (and more fun) to hyper-schedule your entire day from a single place.
As you start integrating Sorted³ into your daily workflow, you'll notice 3 foundational benefits:
● Unified Timeline
Sorted³ seamlessly integrates your calendar events and tasks into one timeline so you can manage your entire day from a single place. To make things even more delightful, you can take formatted notes, attachments and drawings on both your events and tasks inside the app.
● Effortless Scheduling
Sorted³ helps you easily set a schedule for your day, and decide what’s important, what can wait, and what you reasonably have time for. You can use Auto Schedule to figure out what you can realistically get done in a day. Instead of feeling underproductive, Sorted³ helps you set attainable goals that you can accomplish.
● Built-in Flexibility
Even when properly scheduled in advance, days don’t always go as planned! Sorted³ is built with that flexibility in mind to adjust to your changing schedule. It's as dynamic as your day, with smart features such as Magic Select and our signature Time Ruler to help you shift things around with a few taps.
On top of all these, there are various other functionalities to make your experience more fun and seamless across all your devices:
- New Widgets for iOS 16 & macOS Monterey
- Auto Backup
- Timeline view
- iCloud Sync
- Powerful repeat rules
- Light & Dark Themes
- Natural Language Processing
- URL Scheme
- Siri Integration
- And much more!
● Get Sorted³ Today
If you've ever struggled with to-do lists or managing your day, then you need to try hyper-scheduling with Sorted³.

Disappointed

touchdown8 on

Australia

I have purchased both Mac app and IOS app and my wife has the iOS app too. Syncing problem is not new. Each major update from Apple I have had syncing issues with Sorted. The developers are slow with fixes. I have recently emailed and explained the situation and while I received a response, the links to the help page took me to a page that has been closed down. I need a calendar app that I can trust and I have persevered long enough with this one.

Awesome

An amazing app. Such an easy UI, intuitive to work with. Can create all your tasks, which can have dot points or items to tick inside them. Can move tasks easily around the day, can group tasks and move together to a different date or time. And the best feature is you can let the app schedule your day, or just some of the tasks automatically, so you can see how you day looks and if your plan is actually achievable. 5 stars.

Not able to use widget

Hi, I’ve been using this app daily for years and I really love it. This is the best planning app I’ve ever used. However, recently I found out that I can’t use the widget function anymore and I can’t find it anywhere either. This function is really important for me to keep track of everything and i really want to continue using this app. I can’t continue supporting it without this important function. Please help me fix this problem. Once again thank you so much for making this app.

Guessing its now dead

Haven’t seen an update in months. The support website is dead, and how the restore purchase function isn’t working either. So can’t activate the pro version on my new phone. RIP.

App is so slow and laggy recently

This has been my favourite task management app for years but lately the app’s been so laggy and my recurring tasks keep popping up on random days. I can’t even contact you guys through the app, the contact option doesn’t work properly.

I can’t believe it’s not Apple :)

Lots of calendar/reminders/notes/diary apps work but are clunky integrating the Apple native apps. I have used and deleted Things, Agenda and many more over the years. I have also had Sorted for many years and bit by bit it has come into it’s own. The recent developments have been well engineered with definite research leading to a very nicely integrated app that does everything in a very Apple way. Still the best. 👍

Abandoned

It was a great app but it appears to have been abandoned. Such a shame, it really was awesome

Perfect.

Unbiasedly, this app is perfect. It’s very simple but functional and is a great way to organise your day(s!) well. I like how most of the app is free but you can pay only if you would prefer to. Lots of cool functions. A great app! 5/5

Sonama changes

Sorted's access to calendars was changed when upgrading to Sonama. In Privacy and Setting changing to full calendar access enabled my calendars again. App working well now with Sonoma.

Looks good so far

I'm on day one of my free pro trial using on both my Imac and iOS devices, So far I'm loving it. However - I would love to see the ability to set a deadline and piority level - like if I have a heap of tasks that need to be done by a certian time, I would love to set the deadline date/time and then when I use the auto schedule function let it fill in the blank spaces with parts of these tasks (does that make sense?) If this funciton already exisits - please please let me know how, I've spent the better half of my morning googling and clicking on stuff and I'm coming up empty! Other than that its great! and I love that I can use it across all my devices and not have to pay a flippin subscription fee every month/year! AND its affordable! I cant wait to dig deeper and use it in my every day life!
