Sorted³ - Calendar Notes Tasks

I would love the app if it worked correctly. For a time management app it’s crazy that the repeat task function is completely broken if you live in New Zealand. When you create a repeat task for example on a Wednesday every week, it will instead appear on Thursday’s. This function has been broken for years and I have tested on other people’s phones as well as mine. I informed them a couple of years ago and they acknowledged the issue and have been unable to fix it since.

Is there a problem with the sorted app it will not load! Otherwise the best tool ever.

I want to love Sorted³. I managed to set myself up with a bunch of Shortcuts that let me link Craft tasks to Sorted³ which was great. However, I felt that in the end it can only really manage about 3 days of work at a time. The thing it lacks is the ability to move an overflow of tasks from the end of one day to the next day. This makes the process of dealing with an overwhelmed task list a manual process again. For example, I was going on a work trip overseas in a month and I wanted to know if I was going to be able to finish everything that I needed done. This was way to big of a query to ask Sorted³ to help with. I'd love to see some improvements to this app to help with this. However if you're just trying to make today and tomorrow make sense. You'll love sorted and then ability to drag your finger down list to select multiple items in the touch screen apps is genius and now so completely obvious.

I have been using this app for years now. The developers are active and keep enchanting it to keep it fictional yet simple. I am hoping that the following enhancements could be delivered in the next update. 1) Ability to change the font size across the app. Current setting doesn’t change the font size everywhere in the app (i.e menu, calender etc) 2) The UX could do with a little update (think of the latest iPhones, iPads and macOS’s) 3) would be good to have a tasks board (kanban)

I’m so impressed with this app. It saves me so much time and is very good value for money. Great for time blocking and getting those tasks completed. Also great for jotting down ideas for future use. If you have an iPhone or Mac or iPad, then you should take a look.

This is an innovative scheduling app. It’s easy to use and helps prevent task overwhelm. The UI is visually appealing. I like the fact it’s a one-off purchase as opposed to the subscription model that many apps now favour. I’d give it five stars but there’s a glitch with recurring tasks in certain time zones (whereby they repeat on the wrong day). This has been the case for me in New Zealand, at least. Having said that, customer support is excellent and I purchased on the belief that this glitch will be ironed out sooner or later.

Clean, simple and intuitive interface. Solid functionality for smater than smart scheduling of work / to do items. Great to now have it on the Mac to tie in with the iPhone app. Seemless sync. Get the app and get Sorted in All The Places!

I have ADHD and hyper-scheduling massively helps me. I don't get overwhelmed with what seams like too many things, Sorted schedules it all for me and I have nothing left to worry about. I absoltuely love it! The team is also super responsive and helpful, it took them less than a month to set up a student discount for my institution and personally let me know it was availble. Simple, clean and intuitive tool that helps you master your day. Love using Sorted and now that there’s a Mac app too it means I can be Sorted in All The Places! Thanks to the team behind it. Great job.

Such a good app, though I only use schedule mode, inbox lists and tags are useless for me, or maybe I’m just using it wrong. This NEEDS their Mac app to be done though, it feels like 60% of a solution without a computer version.
