Sorted³ - Calendar Notes Tasks

I really enjoy using this app for my personal task management and it works great for the most part! The thing making the app less than perfect is the poor syncing with my apple watch. I just bought the new Apple watch 9 and the app on the watch seems to both synch poorly (as in not at all sometimes) with the desktop and moble version (which seem to synch fine with each other). I seem to be able to fix it by re-installing the app on the watch, but that seems like it should be unnecessary. It's a shame, because I bought the apple watch in an attempt to become less reliant on my phone all the time. If this issue is fixed I think I'll not even bother looking for a replacement app!

Overall Sorted is a great app that runs smoothly cross-plattform. However, there is a huge BUT - there is no options for sending and creating a task from email. There are workarounds, but I hope this is a feature that will be implemented soon.

I like it. The best feature in my opinion is the combined view of the task+events per day. Very useful to me. Opening this app is the first thing i do after waking up.

Synkroniseringen mellom enheter (mobil, ipad, Mac) er veldig ustabil. Må ofte lukke og åpne appen på nytt for å få synkronisert en endring fra én enhet til en annen.

I miss week-numbers, but I love the tasks and calendar combination

Coming from Omnifocus 3, Sorted3 was a huge upgrade. It’s so easy to plan your day now. But we know that the day never goes as planned. No problem. Extremely easy to reschedule tasks. This app is what I’ve been looking for. Unbelievable how easy it is to use.

Two hours into the trial I decided I don’t want to live without it. Aesthetically the app is lovely, but you can tell a lot of love went into the programming. No learning curve necessary, the subtle details allows for uninterrupted workflow, making the app feel intuitive. I enjoy the level of customization and the sounds are pleasant. I have ADHD, and I’ve found this app to be incredibly beneficial. The fact that it’s a one time purchase (at a reasonable price) instead of subscription is also appreciated. Notes to the programmers & designers: 1) I’d love to be able to drag tasks from my inbox/schedule to the lists in the dark section, hold it over “lists/tags” as the app change the page - and drop it into the list! 2) I often have a lot on my schedule, so the option to highlight or “color group” tasks would be helpful! Sectioning lists like this makes it less overwhelming. Perhaps it could be color blocked by assigned tags (+decide what tags you want color blocked & in what color). 3) I have a list with my goals for 2020-21, in scenarios like this it could be even more motivational to be able to see the tasks completed (in a gray zone, at the bottom). 4) Even more customization would be fantastic! More themes, sounds, icon and the option of color blocking tasks & lists would be fun. I would personally be fine with purchasing “packs” of themes etc. within the app. It’s a really great app, and I can’t wait to see what you do next and how you’ll improve it! Your hard work truly shows, and the app has been of great value for my everyday life.

Sometimes the app felt a bit cluttered to look at all the time, but now with the widget it's the perfect balance. Love having a simple overview of my day available after setting it up in the app!

This app must come up with a heads-up/warning that messing around will actually make changes to your calendar (including work account). I was testing the app, dragging around calendar events, then without my knowledge I had changed meeting times for my entire team at work creating a whole lot of mess for many people. Beware that this app doesn’t warn you of this. It gave me a bad first impression.
