Suddenly it requires a registration
I’m a paying customer, but this is ridiculous. Why on earth you would put my personal data behind a registration wall? Uninstalling.

I have finally found probably the best app for creating a simply digital archive for my storage space. The app is simple to understand and also allows you to be creative in the making of setting up your personal storage archives and inventory lists.
Toppen app!
It makes it very easy to organize your stuff in boxes and take pictures of them or write down memos for every object and then print a label for each box. No more having to open all your boxes to find that little connector you remember putting in a box.
Every couple have their troubles, in our case The story goes that we bought a big house, filled it with our or our friends/relatives stuff and builded up more and more stress about never taking our home repair or cleaning any further, instead the house got more and more cluttered. After a few failed attempts to change this situation, we finally decided to really do something about it. After some research we borrowed a few books on declutter, bought Sortly and got started. I will not lie, it sucked to take all The pictures Of everything and organize all stuff, but I have not regret it once since that. Sortly have been a huge help and a gamechanger for us, when it comes to find any gear, and we just love The possibility to track when an item is lended away. To Summon, Sortly is a great app with The possibility to really and value to our lifes
I was very new to inventory and sorting boxes, sortly made it easy to learn use the sortly app. 1750 units inventoried
For something to track inventory and nothing else, paying for subscription that jumps to over $1,000 is crazy. I’d rather redo my whole inventory (almost 2,000 items) than signup for their service again after using this app for almost two years!
I have gone through pretty much every single app and service out there and sortly has always done everything that I needed to in terms of organizing things I have for sale to personal collections to household inventory. I love their QR feature. It works excellent. I use it to sort all my shelves. I want to say a big thank you to the developer for staying loyal to customers who signed up for lifetime subscriptions. I have like I said, signed up for so many others that either went away or changed their app so they didn’t have to continue offering service to their legacy customers.
Despite a tremendous investment of time to get this software dialed in for my needs, I was satisfied with the overall capabilities. Three years into the subscription they sent an email notification that the annual rate would increase by over 300% in 30 days (from $468 to $1428). Needless to say the subscription has been cancelled and I am looking for another solution.
I’ve been a Sortly customer for 5–6 years, paying $1,180 a year for their Ultra plan. Last year, without my permission, they increased my payment and moved me to a higher rate. After multiple emails, they admitted the mistake, apologized, and moved me back. Now, I’ve received a 30-day notice that my plan will jump to about $2,800 a year — more than double overnight — with no real choice other than cutting off many of my items to qualify for a cheaper tier, or paying the inflated price. When I went to cancel by subscription, I was suddenly offered 40% off. This just confirms their strategy: wait until customers have built up large inventories (I have about 3,600 items) and then force them into paying drastically higher rates, knowing it will be a big inconvenience to switch. Thankfully, I already have all my data zipped, exported to PDF, and my IT team is moving me to a new system. I’d rather spend time and money transitioning than give Sortly another penny. This company is greedy and unethical. They care more about squeezing customers than offering fair value. I barely used most of their features, just inventory tracking and adding a few items a month lately. I don’t recommend Sortly to anyone — and I wouldn’t be surprised if more negative reviews keep rolling in.
