Post IOS 17 consistent bluetooth connection failure
Post IOS17 the Bluetooth connection fails constantly, been using the app for years and it’s been fine until recently … the connection problems are a real problem … app support is buried somewhere in the website which is why I’m posting it here ! Pls fix asap !
Latest update doesn’t work
Updated yesterday & now get connection failed. I’ve rebooted, deleted & reinstalled. It used to work fine, now is rubbish. Not happy.
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t seem to work at all via Bluetooth. Phone is connected to Bluetooth by pressing the source button on the sound bar itself, but always comes up with a ‘Connection Failed’ message whenever I open the app. Doesn’t make sense considering it’s already connected?
Unusable
This app is unusable because every time I try to use it it’s says connection failed and it makes me repair my phone to the sound bar
YSP Series Soundbar is not supported
Please add YSP soundbar series to this app and update the firmware on the series. I recently bought the YSP2700 soundbar as I like the idea of sound projection and am loving it. One down side is it does not have smartphone app that fully controls the soundbar over wifi. I also setup my whole house with Amazon Alexa voice control, however, I am unable to control the soundbar using voice apart from controlling Spotify through MusicCast, which is not very intuitive at all.
Much better than other Yamaha SB apps
I tried three apps created by Yamaha. This app is by far best out of the three apps including the old HT controller. If you own a Yamaha SB this is the best. I use both Ats 1080 and yts 207.
