Like everything associated with Southern Rail…

The app is not fit for purpose. Choices are limited—like buying a return ticket. You’ll end up paying more for what is already an overpriced service.

ETicket wallet does not work😞

As other have said, complete waste of time

Is this really the best that can be done? Train companies have had the whole of covid to get tech finessed and we are left with this shambles. Doesn’t let me load my Key smartcard with my ticket. Apple Pay works just fine on my phone so NFC is functioning. For that matter why do I have to load the smartcard at all? Why isn’t it recognised immediately no matter if initialise it at my ‘home’ station?

Gets the basics wrong

Every time you use the app you need to log back in - typing out email & password in full (no Face ID). And it doesn’t tell you if you’ve logged out - so if you leave the app for a few minutes and then go to buy a ticket you need to go through the log in process again. Irritai g and frustrating.

As Useless as their train service

Disaster of an app

The app is impossible to use and does not load the tickets which have been purchased. Needs complete overhaul and it is unfair customer have to put up with just a poor system. Put some of those profits into helping your customers!

Buggy

Awful app. Ticket wallet just crashes, have to dig out email when on train. Have resorted to using website only.

Tube service and app update

The information for the tube is completely wrong because southern says everything is fine when it’s not because there are closers and suspension on the system (12/12/22) due to the snow we had. Plus the app itself is outdated by over 1 year.🤬

Terrible App

Not recommended !!Whoever designed this app never needs to buy a quick train ticket - not easy to navigate - not all ticket types are easy to find ... I gave up and downloaded the Trainline .. for the sake of a small fee I saved minutes of life !!

Ticket wallet view crashes the app when clickingnon ticket

Please fix, this is unacceptable.
