Spaces: Follow Businesses

I’ve been helping a friend with his business and he’s built his classroom and services on this app. From an admin side, it can be complicated but once you work it out it’s ok. However, you need to cross check the online experience versus app as not everything syncs such as titles. On the end user side - absolutely awful. It doesn’t register my login details, I have to rejoin the site even when I haven’t logged out, it doesn’t load content. This is testing across several emails. The online portal is much more reliable but then limits you as a business when you can’t refer clients to an app. Would not recommend.

It is the best app to connect to businesses, but only Wix sites, why?

The features won’t load. I have a brand new iPhone 15 and can’t access any of the features like the membership section on this app or the WIX owner app. I can’t contact anyone for help either, just a useless generic FAQ page. I’m leaving WIX.

Exactly what the headline says, I get no notifications of messages, replies or likes on the app, I have to check them on a regular basis. Yes, have troubleshooted, uninstalled, logged out, no difference. Multiple updates have not fixed it

When searching for a business the search returns businesses with the most members with one or some of the words in the search. In this day of Google and Bing all searches should be powerful and accurate.

My son joins Conundrums Club and Game Garage. It is perfect for bright minds and happy kids! Very sociable and inclusive environment. He love it!

This app is the worse app ever!!! I can’t even get into my own bookings to change them!!! Change it back to the wiz app which is easy to use. I will be cancelling my subscription immediately

Installed the app from App Store and within 2mins of using the app it was stating I require the latest version and to download it. It kept cycling between the install page on App Store and the app itself saying I need to update. So fustrating.

This is utterly frustrating to sign up no less use. I’m deleting it without having been able to use it. Time waster.

I keep updating this app on a regular basis but it doesn’t really offer me anything. I get ghost notifications all the time, and I can’t turn them off. It shows I have a notification and when I go to the app there is nothing new there. I cannot reset this. I find navigation of the app very user unfriendly. Everything is all over the place. I have three wix sites that I would like to access through the app but the whole layout just simply doesn’t work. The app needs a complete overhaul. The only time I use it is to try and turn empty notifications off, or to reply to a message. As I never get a response to messages sent via the app I can only assume they are not relayed if the person isn’t currently online. I only ever get a response if I send a message via email . I’ve had the app installed for some years now but it is still useless.
