We started working on a website using Wix and we just wanted to subscribe for a yearly plan for businesses, however we accidentally subbed with one of our other accounts. We requested a refund and wanted to subscribe again from the correct account, however we never received our money back. At first, we really liked everything about the site, but this terrible experience just ruined it all for us. Still waiting for our money...

New version
Nem verzión of app is completely useless. The previous version was much better and more useful
The app doesn’t work
And the support is unavailable. When I click on the support button it just gives me a site where I can choose the problem. But “wix app doesn’t work on iPhone “ is not among the options and it’s not possible to write a mail to the support. I wanted to work while traveling but the app is totally muted. It only says “choose site” but nothing loads in and nothing happens. I waited for about ten minutes and tried to restart the app several times. Still not working.

Can’t approve site member requests?!
The primary thing I’d use the app for is to approve site member requests. When you click the ‘view request’ button in the automated email that Wix sends when a customer requests site membership, it takes you to this Wix app. Then there’s no way to approve the request in the app. So I have to wait until I get to a computer. Which means people wait. My clients then experience sub-par customer service in their first interaction. If this app could only do one thing, and one thing only, it should have the capability to approve site membership requests. The rest is nice to have, but not as mission critical as getting clients up and running in my member site. So the app is of limited value to me.
App Doesn’t Work Well
Keeps spinning and won’t let me log in. Resetting passwords are a joke. Site sends a link to log on but it doesn’t work and all instructions send you in circles.
Website owner
I designed my own website for the company and it wa somewhat simple. Realized a few months later I was having trouble with customers actually being able to book and pay online. I’m going to call wicks and I am hoping to get that resolved because I do have the website support built in with my package. I continue to receive emails from people saying that they are with website builder support for wix and they really are a third-party company that want to charge for their additional services.
