Whenever I want to manage anything in my store I rarely get it done with this app without a ”something went wrong, please try again” message. Very frustrating!!! The UI is also incredibly unituitive. Perhaps before having an app and releasing it you should make sure it works for your paying customers! I have held off a good while with patience to see if the app improves but it never does.

Guys, I see your ”oh snap” too often. Nothing changes for a long time. It's terrible. I think to change wix for Shopify now.

the app is so full of bugs, it’s basically unusable. uninstalled & reverted to using the desktop. sad, because it has potential. have been in contact with development team, but nothing seems to happen. on iphone 7+.

Please give us the option to update store stock situation per size of each product. That would be the most important feature.

The primary thing I’d use the app for is to approve site member requests. When you click the ‘view request’ button in the automated email that Wix sends when a customer requests site membership, it takes you to this Wix app. Then there’s no way to approve the request in the app. So I have to wait until I get to a computer. Which means people wait. My clients then experience sub-par customer service in their first interaction. If this app could only do one thing, and one thing only, it should have the capability to approve site membership requests. The rest is nice to have, but not as mission critical as getting clients up and running in my member site. So the app is of limited value to me.

Keeps spinning and won’t let me log in. Resetting passwords are a joke. Site sends a link to log on but it doesn’t work and all instructions send you in circles.
