The app is fine but the lack of AUV3 support is unacceptable! First why in AUM I need to plug amp in USB when its Bluetooth connected? Why I got to plug USB in the iPad before plug guitar in the amp otherwise it not showing in audio input options? I guess you guys understand thats we are musicians and we need AUV3 support otherwise its pretty useless.
I am a very fed up Positive Grid customer who has had nothing but trouble trying to get any of my amps connecting to this awfully buggy software. It works sometimes then cuts out. This is both on my iPad Air M2 and iPhone 14 Pro. The looper software on the Spark 2 barely works. Really amateurish and bug ridden. The Spark amp crashes regularly and I find it too unreliable to use. I am writing this review whilst watching my app failing to connect to my Spark 40 again. Not good enough! Please fix and consider testing the software properly before releasing to unsuspecting customers.
Day One with Spark GO… I LOVE IT! (My wonderful wife gave me my Xmas present early because of the stress she sees me going through with a competitor of yours). Since August of this year, I have been using a leading, top of the line “Mobile Interface” product that plugs into my IOS mobile devices. Although, I could say much about that product, no need. I love the Spark Go after only one evening because… IT SOUNDS AWESOME!
Could you please stop asking if want to change my amp to your new spark 2 every-time I start the app…I keep clicking NO but still ask again every time…seriously annoying!
Won’t connect any longer to Facebook Account. Facebook says app not active. They claim Positive Grid knows about this and won’t fix the issue. They need to deactivate the App for Facebook to be linked
Very versatile, I simply don’t like the AI pictures when searching for tones, they are ugly
It is everything people say about it. Rock solid and steady. The app is a fabulous platform for creative expression. Highly recommend.
