New App My SmartBike, by MAHLE, provides you an enhanced e-bike riding experience by using your smartphone as the interface to your bicycle. Our application is designed to help tune, customize e-bike performance and enjoy your trips. Connect with your e-bike and adjust your preferences, customize motor maps to adapt the MAHLE SmartBike System to your personal necessities, remaining batteries, record your activities, have access to statistics, see bike location and more.

If you need detailed information and a dynamic experience, our web app (www.my-smartbike.com) enables you to analyze the routes in detail and graphically comparing data as elevation, health-related data and exclusive metrics from e-bikes, the tour on maps and share it through third platforms.

Configure motor maps of your e-bike, for each assistance level, to always get you the right level of power from your motor.

Vide la batterie du cellulaire rapidement

Même si j’active la fonction “économie de la batterie” sur mon cellulaire avant de sortir faire un parcours, la batterie du cellulaire se vide rapidement car il n’y a pas de possibilité de fonctionner hors ligne comme avec ridewithgps. Avec RideWithGps, je ne rencontre jamais ce problème. J’ai perdu mes données car la batterie se vide et le téléphone s’éteint en cours de route

Strava

Error authentication failed with Strava. Can’t transfer data to Strava. Frustrating

App crashed during ride.

1/2 way through my ride the app crashed. It is difficult if not impossible to get it back while riding in a group. Lost the whole ride.

Heart Rate from watch missing

Hear rate requires a special band, app should be able to pull the heart rate from existing health data from the Apple Watch. Routes needs an option to import a GPX file in the app and not have to go to the website.

Great app.

I am a little disappointed that you have not improve HR assist in the last update I really would have like you add a minimum HR rate to start assist like I ask below, hope for the next update.Much better than the old app., the only thing I like to be implemented is an Minimum HR rate to start the motor at low power.If I want max power to come say at 125 HR, I have to put the maximum HR adjustment so low that the low power motor come too quickly.

Misérable

L’application a fonctionné de temps à autre, mais plus rien depuis 1 mois. Parfois il se connecte mais n’affiche pas le bon vélo et aucun accès aux paramètres. Complètement ridicule comme application… 0/5

Pas fort

Ça fonctionné 1 mois depuis, pas de contact avec batterie et moteur. J’ai évalué une étoile parce qu’il y a pas de demie étoile.

Very difficult to use . I just want the old app back.

Ebikemotion to Mahle not fun

Since Ebikemotion switch to Mahle my ebike does not connect right. When it connect 1 out of 5 times it’s not my bike on the screen. And when it connect it looses my bike after few minutes even if my phone is next to the Bluetooth thing Please Mahle do something it’s not fun anymore I’m with Rocky Mountain and I’m sad not knowing whats going on Please talk to Ebikemotion to transfer what you forgot
