No updates in almost a year

I’ve used this app for four years and it used to be great. A year ago I decided to pay for a lifetime subscription. Since then, the app hasn’t had any updates and issues have started happening. I can’t see any of my scheduled transactions, and it’s been like that for months. I have reached out to the customer support, who said they’d look into it, but nothing has changed. It feels like the app isn’t being supported anymore, so I think I’d discourage new people from joining. It is frustrating that it happened just after I got a lifetime membership!

Pointless app

Got this app assuming it’d alert me to spending and budgeting, like monzo does. Set it all up. Looked great. Realised after a couple days it wasn’t telling me anything. Didn’t tell me I’d used my card or eaten into a budget etc. Turns out I had to manually sync it all, by opening app and hitting manual sync. It doesn’t auto sync to bank. Pointless. serves me 0 purpose.

Their premium feature which is connecting to the bank is broken

Useful and simple but missing one important feature

I’ve used this app for years to track my finances. Most of these apps aren’t the best but this one does mostly what I need. Simple to set up and simple to use. The only thing I wish it would do better is the ability to automatically know what something is, or just remembering recurring transactions that are exactly the same each and every month. Each month I have to go through each transactions to put them in the correct category.

Getting worse

I have been using application for years and it is getting worse and worse, sometimes it is recording transaction under incorrect category by overwriting last transaction, but what is the biggest fault - application does ask only date but record both date and time for the transaction and, when displaying, using local timezone, which completely messing up your entire budget as it is shorting transactions to the different days etc. Completely useless for budgeting app not being able to count budget properly

incredible app!

It's an incredible app. For me it is now indispensable. It is very well made, flexible, completely adaptable to your needs. It supports accounts in many countries, and in different currencies. The graphics are very beautiful and essential, and allow total control over your expenses. It should cost a lot more! I think everyone should use it.

This app is a scam

Do not buy a subscription!! I regretfully paid for the full year’s subscription. The app stopped working 2 months into my purchase and hasn’t shown a single transaction for 2 months. Spendee isn’t doing anything about the problem themselves and keep blaming another intermediary. There’s no way to get my money back from apple now. This app is just a scam.

Keeps crashing

App keeps crashing since 2 days. Please issue a bug fix and new release

Has really good features, but still missing a few

Overall I quite like this app. I like the budgeting feature of telling you how much you have left of your budget by categories and the various automated accounts linking like crypto and PayPal etc (best I’ve come across to far). my only thing is, I would like to have option to choose my paydays from when it starts to when ends (my paydays are very awkward. So I can not get a accurate estimate of my budget left for the month) it also be nice to have like a breakdown of my budget by week e.g you can spend £5 of your budget this week, as well as an overview (which it already has). another feature would be nice is to set money aside for goals as it’s not the exact behavior as budgeting feature already given in the app. because of the different behaviors of putting money in “pots” and would be good to also state how much you can put into the pots with your left over income to reach those goals. But overall I do like the app 👍
