I love this app so much it has helped with my finances with all accounts in one app my only 2 problems would be to improve security and roll out 2FAS to make our data more secure for all users and when choosing to do 4 weekly payment you can choose the start date like the monthly option instead of waiting for the date to get closer as it would automatically choose the nearest day of the week which you have highlighted other than them two issues overall this app is good and has modern design and would recommend to others

I loved this app years ago but deleted it I’ve come back as I won’t to use it continuously but when I want to add my income in on a 4 weekly entry it don’t let you choose the start date but let you choose monthly

Is it possible to add Payday to Payday for the Statistics Default Period?
Not as good as it used to be
I’m finding this app a little bit outdated today. It doesn’t sync different accounts well, and transactions from different accounts continue to fall into wrong categories. Every month I have to fix all wrong transactions and put them into right categories, and every month they again continue to go into wrong categories. There is no ai or any smart stuff which puts those transactions into right buckets, it doesn’t remember anything, so I end up with a lot of wrong information about my finances.
I use this app to keep track of all my accounts in a single place, and it was enough for me back in 2021. But I guess its not ok for 2024 with all AI stuff around..

DO NOT USE!
I used the app for over a year to budget and track my finances, every few months I had issues with transactions from my bank duplicating in the app and my balance being wrong. Despite this happening multiple times I was always told by the support team (who take weeks of emails back and forth to get anything done!) that there’s nothing they could do and I’d have to fix it manually myself.
The final straw was one month ago logging onto the app to see that all of the transactions and account balances from the past year were completely wrong! Some months the app said I had double the amount of money in my account than I actually did, others it was 10x. All historical data that I assumed would be saved or at least being read from my bank account properly. I contacted the support team and again as told there was nothing they could do, they even suggested that I go back and manually readjust all the balances and transactions!
Adverts make this app unusable
This app should take a few taps, in a few seconds, to keep on top of your records. That’s exactly how it used to function.
There’s a premium user service I don’t pay for that has far more additional features than just ‘ad free’.
I don’t see why the free option should both limit your function (fine) AND force you to watch a long advert you can’t click off after every 3rd entry? Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be looking for something else to help me budget.
Good app but my credit cards aren’t displayed correctly
I overall really like the app, however I’ve been facing a very annoying problem. I have multiple accounts linked to the app, two of which are credit cards. One has a negative balance (read: money yet to be paid off) and the other one currently has a positive balance because I overpaid . In the app both cards are shown as having a negative balance. This is very frustrating as I’m concerned it messes with the statistics and makes me not want to trust the numbers in the app. Other than that good app.
